It is potentially a crime (aiding and abetting) if you know there is a plan, facilitate that plan, or in any way instigate or do anything to encourage the plan to come to fruition. So for example if the Troll was aware of the incest and positively fed into Chris's delusions that he was helping Barb by having sex with her, thereby encouraging another round of abuse, then they they could be prosecuted as an accomplice. I think this might be an issue of the different states laws in the US. Some have much stricter laws than others. In the case of this one I should have clarified that she had knowledge of an on-going crime. Chris admitted he does this to Barb every 3 days, so the crime was not completed and was still happening.

"Lol what if the school found out how much you say the N word?" isn't a very unique idea that only that one person could come up with, and hypotheticals stated in the open air are not "gayops." You may need to reconsider your usage of that phrase.
The point of that post was to make Kelly, who is clearly horrified by her school finding out about her proclivities, sweat. More importantly, sweat about how her LARPing as someone else on Kiwifarms specifically, and saying a bunch of slurs made things worse for her, because she thought she was being "clever" while doing it at the time.
Not that any of the socks she made on Kiwifarms could even be linked to her, which is the point- it's an unreasonable fear.

It's not a viable ween, it's not even a viable "gayop," getting this to directly impact her outside of her personal reputation would be a struggle. This is why usually, actual gayops involve extensive planning and infiltration (to collect provable logs, confessions, recordings) or simply badgering vulnerabilities (pizza deliveries that pre-charge, ISPs/utilities not vetting callers very well, etc). This is neither such case, just an empty threat. No doubt it still made her shit bricks for a minute though.

Ohh you're right. That's a good point. That would be a good question for a legal expert. Does the law potentially mean you must report on any elder abuse you know of anywhere on the planet, as long as you happen to be in Texas at the time you know it?

BlueSpike was just fortunate to be from a time in internet history when most people did not have huge internet footprints via social media profiles with their real name and pictures, and doxing was more difficult. We all did stupid things and had poor opsec as 13-year-olds. If he were to do that today, even if it were still considered good content like back then, we would be digging up his weeb sensibilities or furry porn collection or whatever.

Am still working on confirming this, but it appears that Louis Herz lived at dorm 726 in the Coleman dorm during his time at Texas Tech, and that he previously lived in at least 1, possibly 2, addresses in Naperville (which explains the location on his Steam profile). He is possibly living in Colorado, but that might be erroneous info.
This is tentative info at this point.

School isn't in session right now, so he may be in Colorado currently with family or doing a Summer program.
