As for the people saying that she could suffer legal repercussions for coercing Chris to commit a felony, I cannot fathom a situation in which you could argue that someone was coerced to commit rape except under threat of physical violence. There is no evidence that Chris was coerced. He's just an incestuous rapist, and Kelly is just a piece of shit that finds it funny. There's only one criminal here.

Caveat not-a-lawyeur, but from what I've read online:

"Accessory before the fact" / "Complicity" charge only requires one of these:
1) you were aware of the rape and did nothing to prevent it
2) you encouraged the rape ("psychological influence") < this is enhanced by Chris being mentally disabled and Kelly being of sound mind

This makes you a "principal in the second degree" and you're legally an accessory to the rape.
If the prosecutors find Chris' texts with Kelly (and they will) and she encouraged him, I'm pretty certain she will be charged.

Hard agree, which is why Kelly making an absolute muck out of her internet security and panic deleting all of her social media is so funny. The only thing it does is confirm guilt, at least in the eyes of the internet. She could have just rode this out, completely ignored the controversy on her accounts, and got out of it mostly in-tact. Now she's going to have to reboot.

It's more difficult than people think to get circumstantial evidence from text. Unless she sent a text along the lines of "please fuck your mom for me," police interest (and likelihood of warrant) are nil. I'm not ruling that out, mind you, but it seems like a longshot.

They can subpoena Null for the data. I personally don't see that as likely though as there doesn't seem to be any smoking gun that she orchestrated it, just that she didn't report it immediately -- and there is already ample evidence on that front. I think a lot of people are assuming orchestration since that has happened so often to Chris in the past, but telling Chris to post racist stuff or shove a medallion up his butt is not even remotely on the same level.

One only very slightly comforting thought I've gotten out of this is at least we now know that Chris will proactively admit to *anything*, which means that at least the dogs never received the treatment that Barb did, or we would've heard about it already.
