Chris' life was fucked with his parents raising him horribly. Enabling his delusions in the classic days, never getting proper help for him, and generally giving shitty advice to him. Chris would've been better off if he was placed in special ed as a kid or were taken away from his parents

My ideal timeline would be Chris not able to stand trial so he's sent to a mental institute and the Asylum Saga begins while Barb is sent to the old folks home to live out her last days. Chris is given heavy medication and therapy and becomes rehabilitated and released back into society as a normal man. He finally gets a job and sells all of his useless toys and games. Thus ends the story of Chris Chan as he walks off into the sunset.

My take is he will take any plea deal and roll over very quickly but he will fight tooth and nail any attempt for the defense to plea insanity. He'd prefer going to big boy jail as long as he eventually gets to be released into the wild again, even if it means being homeless rather than to face a lifetime of no internet in group homes or psych wards. He'll choose the path that offers the least tard wrangling in the long run.

That's not going to happen. Let's consider everything that's happened and come to light in the last 72 hours and make the assumption that the police are doing the bare minimum in regards to their job:

1. Chris admits to banging Barb. This was in both audio format and multiple text messages. The police would have taken these as a confession, especially the confessions he made AFTER the EPO was enstated.
2. Chris was barred from entering 14 BC and Barb was taken into protective care. As their house would be considered a crime scene, the police would have access to gather evidence from the scene, including the book Chris posted pictures of online, "Sex & Disability", the sex toys/bdsm gear Chris claimed to have used, and given that the two are hoarders that share a bed and never clean anything, I'd be willing to bet they'd find a the fallout of their multiple sexual encounters.
3. Chris is an idiot. I'd be willing to bet he's already told the police he banged his mom but that it was consensual by now. Again, because he's an idiot, that doesn't matter, you still committed incest. It's like if you have a recording of a dead person saying "I am of sound mind and consent to being murdered" it does not matter, it's still murder.

Right now, charges of sexual assault and incest on Barb are likely being held off on until the courts can determine if Barb has the mental facilities to consent. Whether or not Barb consented however, doesn't matter; the charge of incest on Chris is going to stick and he's going to likely end up in prison with his fat ass being used as a walk-in closet by someone to store contriband.

Severe is a bit much, like yes no doubt he's autistic but his parents being boomers who had the option to not have him educated in a specialist setting adds to it.

Look at his first few videos. His speech and vocals are practically normal and it was clear from his high school transcripts that whilst he was creepy he could hold a conversation and did have basic social skills. He did get into college and had he of picked the right course he could have had a marginally normal life MAYBE.

Chris seem too far gone for now, nearly 40 years of bullshit, the few people who tried to help him almost always failed.

And he also was able to pass college + drive a car. Things than even some non autistic people sometime fail at.
Chris was born autistic, but most of what he became was not destined.

I'll agree with you conditionally but really, this is if Barb is, in fact, actually demented. If she has any trace of her wits left she can more or less end this by just fucking up the prosecution's case to the point they have any chance of losing. No prosecutor goes into a case with anything less than a 90%+ chance of winning. If she somehow nukes the rape case it's virtually guaranteed they offer a plea to the really easy stealing money case.

Also I'm definitely going to agree on this. If this shit actually happened, and it's increasingly obvious it did, there's physical evidence and the cops have it.

But if Barb can prove she consented, she will get charged with incest as well and she'll be put away too.

That really depends. That could easily make them decide let's just not do this and put Chris away for a few months for the other shit. Put yourself in the position of the prosecutor. Do you really want to spend the next few months prosecuting a case where you make your home town look like a degenerate shithole in a high profile perversion case? Is this really how you want your town viewed in the eyes of the entire world? Or do you want this shit off your docket and go back to prosecuting meth heads and shit?
