Honestly, no. Him saying X is nothing more than hearsay. It has to come as a statement from her or some kind of proof that she was raped. Without a DNA kit, it's pretty easy to get rape claims dismissed. A statement can get ripped apart by a decent defense attorney.

Even consensual sex produces tearing and bruising that makes it difficult at best to distinguish from rape. You'll need the presence of DNA or other markers of a sign of struggle like DNA under the fingernails, signs of violence, or even some kind of recording (if it's present).

I’m not sure about VA as well as disclaiming I am not an expert BUT similar to underage encounters when the individual is a certain amount of years older than assailant and there is proof of a dx that asserts diminished capacity it does not matter what barb say about consent. Of course the medical evaluation as well as I’m sure social workers and forensic psychologists will be on that…. As well as same individuals interviewing Chris to determine mens rea which I in no way spect any sort of “insanity” type thing sticking. Genuinely, even after the certified chaos of the past few days, I still find people spitting the narrative that Chris is somehow a victim, and he’s just an autist who never would be this was if it wasn’t for da evil trolls!!!!
