I can't tell, the Virginia court system isn't showing anything. yet However, the source stated he was being held without bond with further charges pending, so I don't think it's just due to him not being arraigned.

I know nothing about the legal process, other than I watch a lot of First 48. But I'm wondering what the process is for figuring out Barb's mental state. Like how long that takes etc. Because I assume that if they diagnose her with dementia or whatever, she would not be able to give consent to sex, which would bring the rape charges. If they decide she has no cognitive impairments, and they feel she could give consent, then he's just going to have the incest charge. I'm curious if this is the reason for "further charges pending". That plus whatever physical exam to see if there is any evidence of sexual contact. No idea how long this process takes.
