I know nothing about the legal process, other than I watch a lot of First 48. But I'm wondering what the process is for figuring out Barb's mental state. Like how long that takes etc. Because I assume that if they diagnose her with dementia or whatever, she would not be able to give consent to sex, which would bring the rape charges. If they decide she has no cognitive impairments, and they feel she could give consent, then he's just going to have the incest charge.

I'm getting some bad vibes from this combination of held without bond and additional charges pending....I think Barb's examination turned up a lot of additional evidence.

Im guessing because hes being held without bail, and its his mother. its Incest B, so a class 5 felony. From what I quickly looked at (i am no lawyer) he has a preliminary hearing within 10 days of his araignment then within 60 days before his actual hearing.
60 days in jail is alot of time for Chris even in solitary or with women its going to be hell.
