Rape in Virginia carries a life sentence at worst five years in maximum security at best. Strap on everyone if Chris is cracked down hard we could be looking at not seeing him till 2026... At best

Once again, complete speculation but the number 3 is associated with fertility in astrology and having sex every 3 days is commonly suggested to couples trying to conceive. Didn't Chris want to have a kid with barb at some point?

I honestly have no idea, really depends how far down the rabbit hole they want to go. Because of the attention I can honestly seeing them locking all involved in the basement of the mental wards just to make it go away.

That depends on if they have finished investigating or if they want to hold him
Now if they want to hold him on a higher bail than they will add charges that they know 100% can go through such as the theft of $750 and incest which would give them enough time to investigate everything else

However if they have reason to believe that he would actually be able to make bail which spoiler alert he will not they will add more charges

In other words when it does come out if they do have a rape charge that means they investigated enough to be substantially sure that he is guilty.
Which granted is actually a possibility because during interrogation you really think Chris actually shut up and asked for a lawyer or do you think he openly told them everything from names to dates and even times. I don't think they would have even had to bribe him or threaten him just ask him and he would openly say to them what he did.

Generally how arraignment works, but it's impossible to tell considering it's fucking Chris.
Plus covid bullshit, but virginia really isn't that bad right now, honestly.

It takes a minute for the info to be put live on the court records, as well.

I'm pretty confident in saying, until we have an inside info leak, information is going to slow down significantly from here.
