Somebody else pointed out that Texas has a mandatory reporting law for elder abuse that applies to all persons, not just certain professions like in most states. How strongly that applies in the case of being in Texas while having knowledge of a crime that is not in Texas is in question.

I used the liquefy tool on the breasts, sliders on the waist. I think whatever app Bella might be using probably comes with a breast slider, but I think I was able to recreate the weird bubble effect pretty well.

Maybe I'm just jaded but I think it's very optimistic to expect any justice to be done. I highly doubt anyone gets prosecuted for loli/shota stuff unless it's in addition to other charges. It is disgusting, and the people who make/consume it are definitely sick, but it's hardly as important or serious as actual CP. Also she's a woman, which basically guarantees more lenient charges at the outset.

We're trying to figure out Fiona's involvement in this, if she released the audio for clout, had a moment of conscience, if she was dumb enough to "hur diddle durr, I'm going to leak this audio, but will CwC still be able to get on a plane to eat my pussy out", etc. I'm worried about the potential that the texts are somewhat doctored, because they were given to Gibi from Bella, but otherwise would help to get a timeline of events from Fiona.

But really, we just want to figure out

a) how long they knew or suspected the incest, as in- it seems like they knew it was going on earlier than the Tuesday,

b) how much influence Bella may of had on CwC, and if she was intimately sharing fucked up porn with him throughout this.

If anything, she's absolutely used beauty apps to slim down her waist. Next time we find a picture that's obviously been touched up, look for distortion in the background around the waist, upper arms, and shoulders. Also, just the upper arms in general. A lot of people don't realize how much it distorts the upper arms, period.

Fairly sure if you not coming to Law enforcement with information that could have prevented an assault, it's considered conspiracy, or accessory.
I'm not a lawyer, prosecutor, or anything of the sort; this is some straight out autistic theory right here.

We only assume Bella didn't go to police with the info, because of a Facebook post. As far as I know, there's no hard proof that she didn't.
Only evidence I'm aware of, was a facebook post saying someone came to them with info on the 31st, after when Bella claimed to have sent in the clip.

That could have just been an error, or misinterpretation considering the post went live so quickly. So, with all of that into consideration I think it's too early to say for sure.
but it's a definite possibility, given the correct circumstances with Chris' situation.

again, this is some turbo autist theory right here
