Maybe if she lived in Australia or South Korea, but these obscenity laws are generally seen as dated and rarely (if ever) enforced these days, even in Texas. There was some chart posted pages back marking Texas as a red zone that not only had laws prohibiting loli/shota but also saying they were actively enforced, but that's definitely not the case. Tons of well-known porn artists post their shit freely all over the web ffs, when was the last time you heard about any getting arrested in the US over it? The only way she'd get into legal trouble over it would be if the illustrations depict real-life minors as opposed to fictional characters, or if she was found with real CP (in which case she'd already be fucked), in which case illustrations would now also be added to the count of images she was in possession of to pad out the charge. It might get her in trouble with her university or parents, though, but I'm not ween enough to go call glowies over drawings like a retard.
The way the picture's been painted of the situation so far, though, she doesn't deserve to get off scot-free, so hopefully we can find something more actionable.

The police press release revealed that they were only informed about Chris on Sat July 31.
The recording and texts leaked Thurs night / early Fri. This means that the redditors calling the cops when they saw the leaks were the ones who informed the cops.
Isabella lied when she said that she immediately called the police after the phone call with Chris and was asked by them to gather more info. She presented a fake image of a phone call to 911 (with call length info cut off, not even a full phone screenshot), specifically after I and others asked her to produce a video of her scrolling through her call log to prove it. One kiwi even pointed out how the icon of the call did not line up with the text "911" like she had superimposed it poorly on top of the person's name she did call. Grant (G202) also confirmed to us that to his knowledge nobody called the cops.
Summary: police only found out on Sat after the leaks. They were not informed before. Isabella is a serial liar and an incompetent photoshopper.

I think there were actually several different plans in motion simultaneously:
Fiona's plan was to cheat on her boyfriend, fuck Chris at the con and then become his girlfriend so as to act out her disgust/reverse humiliation/whatever you want to call it (she is sexually aroused by people most normies would find extremely repulsive) fetish, and she was hoping Bella (who had independently earned Chris's absolute trust) would help facilitate this.
Bella's plan was to act as tard wrangler for both Fiona and Chris, manipulate both, and then leverage the trust she wormed her way into acquiring into being the puppet master for a True And Honest IRL Girlfriend arc and to be the sole faucet through which CWC content flows -- her attempts to push Fiona on Chris weren't so he'd stop fucking Barb as she (a liar) claims, it was to further her goals of hooking Chris and Fiona up.
Chris's plan was to pity fuck Fiona at the con, fuck Bella at some point in the future and fuck Barb through it all.
3 people of varying degrees of shittiness, but all undeniably shitty, all trying to ratfuck each other to get their rocks off, either figuratively or literally. Also incest. Lots of incest. It's like Inept Retard Game of Thrones.
