This is an important lesson: antivaxxers like @Kornula and @Youthful_Shannel and others are paper tigers. They come to shitpost on a forum talking about how they are the smartest ones in a room full of sheeple. When you ask them to put their money where their mouth is, they immediately clam up and just disappear.

That’s their schtick. They know that they are abysmally wrong and flying in the face of the facts, and many of them have a kernel of self-awareness over how wrong they are. But their goal is simply to shitpost, day and night. And you can make antivaxxers go away like any other shitposter: totally ignore them or ask them to calmly lay out their facts

I'm fine with the vaccine...unless you've had the coof and the worst of it was a mild sore throat. *cough*cough*

Already got the antibodies for free, you can keep the jab.

Having said that I probably would get vaccinated if I didn't already have it. Despite the rabid pro-vaxxers saying they're all about the science, most competent doctors would view getting vaccinated for something you already have antibodies for as being entirely unnecessary.

I been paying a little attention to Steven Crowder a person who is anti-vax who is having having complications with a surgery who suffered a lung collapse and in a recent update is getting a spinal tap. Dude is in bad shape and his immune system is probably wrecked. Imagine supporting the hospital staff that may be taking care of you who choose not to be vaccinated when dealing with people in compromised states of health. Even if you are healthy today, it does not mean you will be tomorrow. Cautionary tale for those people who say it only kills fat, unhealthy and old people.

Also, in what universe does he think any other human being would attach so much personal liability to another, for anything? Think about it. Would your employer guarantee that you will NEVER suffer a car accident on your daily commute? Or that your bus will ALWAYS be on time and a homeless bum will NEVER ask you for change? No, and yet you are still expected to get your ass to work absent any of these guarantees, on pain of losing your job.

However all of this is irrelevant because as soon as I got to “gene altering experimental mRNA therapy” I realized we were dealing with an irredeemably crazy person, and so too would any employer if he were handed this smear of shit on a paper.

No one needs the Covid "vaccine" as it does NOT prevent people from spreading it.
Nor is it a plauge that is going to wipe out humanity - even if the "vaccine" did work. Do you want to know why I know that Covid is not that big a threat? There are MILLIONS of people who got it and.. get this...lived. (some got it twice and lived) and that number is rising. The number of people getting Covid and dying is in the thousands and diminishing (even taking in the fact that hospitals are lying about the covid 'deaths")

Actually it does, you fucking retard. It isn't 100% effective, but it does help prevent people from contracting it and thus being able to spread it.

Why did you put vaccine in quotes? And yes, again, it does work. It's just not 100% effective, but nothing is. Not even seat belts are 100% effective.

Where’s your evidence for any of this? In particular I’d love to see your source that suggests that it doesn’t prevent people from spreading it. I would definitely agree that it can’t stop it from spreading 100 percent of the time (due to breakthrough cases) but it most certainly has a profound effect. Again, need your evidence.

You also seem to be of the opinion that since Covid isn’t an existential threat that it’s not worth bothering with at all. Though it won’t wipe out all of humanity, it has a tremendous human toll. Even ignoring the death rate from Covid itself, how many people died due to medical rationing once their hospitals were filled up with Covid patients? How many died or are suffering from chronic diseases because they had their regular screening checks delayed for the same reason? I’ve told you this before but you still seem to need reminding: half the issue isn’t Covid itself, but that it is pushing hospitals to the breaking point, and straining a system that had trouble coping with the load it had to bear pre-Covid.

Also your comment about survivors of Covid is a total non-sequitur because number of survivors doesn’t matter. That’s like saying that seat belts don’t matter because “MILLIONS” of people successfully drive to work every day and don’t die. The reality is that all societies today have a large culture of road safety: seat belts, driving techniques, road bylaws, punitive measures by police, even the sheer engineering that goes into making a car crash survivable. And yet, your chances of dying from Covid are FAR HIGHER than dying on the road, which people have been saying for decades is much more dangerous than the average citizen realizes.

Kornula, why don’t you stick around and back up what you say instead of making easily-disproved drive-by posts with no evidence?
