Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

The argument I've seen lies in the language Justice Kavanaugh used when he explained his perspective (source):

“Because the CDC plans to end the moratorium in only a few weeks, on July 31, and because those few weeks will allow for additional and more orderly distribution of the congressionally appropriated rental assistance funds,” the stay should remain in place, Kavanaugh said.

So the argument is that the White House should argue that more time is needed for rental assistance funds to be distributed, and thus the moratorium needs to stay in place. But from the same source:

He added that in his view, any further extension of the moratorium would require “clear and specific congressional authorization” via new legislation.

I think it's going to be difficult to explain why it hasn't been distributed, what plans can be made to speed up its distribution, and why "clear and specific congressional authorization" is no longer necessary. This also probably would have been much better to do before the moratorium lapsed: the process is being undertaken, and legal ambiguity at best is not the best situation for us to be in.

CNN's Kaitlin Collins was able to stand and ask 4 narrative confirming questions back to back. The rest of the reporters all asked narrative confirming questions but were only able to ask 1 each. When Fox News Doocy asked about the untested migrants coming across the border Biden says 'Only children are staying because that is humane' ...LOL

If you are wondering why more landlords are not applying for assistance it is because certain state programs prohibit raising rents or eviction the tenant for a couple years:
Yet another issue is that some landlords are refusing to accept the money from the programs because they don't want to agree to its terms, which can include a ban on evicting that tenant or raising their rent for a window of time.

This is being done to drive more property owners to give government partial control of their property through acceptance of state money and push foreclosure on smaller landlords.

I'll do you one better. Cuomo should be federally prosecuted and jailed. Also, I just love how it's sexual harassment that did him in and not his failure to contain COVID. Those nursing homes were ground zero for COVID because of him.

Again, I AM NOT UNDERMINING THE SERIOUSNESS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT. I find it bizarre that all of this comes out after the nursing home scandal and THIS is the smoking gun. That being said, Cuomo deserves to be raked to the coals. You want to be a moral beacon but cannot follow your own rule. Fuck him.

Bonus: Cuomo 2 should "resign" from CNN. He adds nothing of value. Emmy nominated anchor, my ass.

It is hard to say “Who is next in line?
Because… Who in the heavens wants to be in office after January 6th…? The only reason Joe was there was because he was already in office when it happened, as of now I think that alone sends a massive wake up call to the goons in DC that they are not Bullet/Punch proof. In addition… People also know that many Dem goons are imposters and trash (See Pete Butti, Beto OReich for examples)

Here's an informative article about what we know about the Delta variant. As for your questions, yes, it's more readily accessible:

Now in all talk about the delta variant. My mom is a o-b nurse. She is being forced to get the vaccine at her hospital. But here's the thing. My mom has a friend who has a son who is a male nurse. He apparently took care of a man who was 28 years old who had the delta variant. Said man was on a ventilator and eventually died. It convinced my mom and her friend to now what to willfully take the vaccine. Now apparently the guy didn't have any second hand health problems (unless it was something that was missed or the patient was lying?).
My mom suggested that I should take the vaccine too. And I am debating

But I have a question someone here said that the delta variant was more easily accessible and that the symptoms come more quicker. But it burns out. My question is where did you get this information. As my mom information came someone who actually works and experience someone having it. I just want to know

Thank you my kind friend. As I said I knew it was more accessible. But I remmber someone hear saying it was less fatal. They may have been mistaken.

Yes so I will sleep on it for a couple of days. Just note everybody if I do get the vaccine. I still won't be kissing Biden or Facial feet if anyone was wondering.

A lot of those children looked like adults.

This is the same shit that was happening in Europe a few years ago and they would say, "It is mostly women and children."

They are doing exactly what the Obama Admin did to Minnesota and Wisconsin just with hispanics instead of muslims.
