Search a little and you'll find a whole lot of people defending his "correct" pronouns while throwing the whole raping accusation under the bus(if i'm not wrong someone posted a whole thread here with pictures of them defending it).
For them, using the right pronouns matter more than getting a rapist in jail, and if Chris can be used to achieve their goals, they'll certainly use him.
But i maaay just be exagerating. Just may.

Thinking about this. I think we all always knew the final chapters of Chris chan's story was going to be bad just not incest bad. I mean even if this crap wasn't true and they dropped all the charges there is no way they could have continued living in that hoarders house.

Not to mention if any person in social services just examined Barbara's mental state and see Chris' semen in the jars he keeps in his freezer; I imagine both of them would have ended up in care homes. To be be honest that would have been the best ending they could have gotten.

Well, he has to be arraigned, and that has to happen soon. Then he'll have a court date and likely he'll cut a deal and receive his sentence. But you have to wait until he is arraigned for any kind of estimate of how long he'll be locked up.

If Chris ever gets buff, the lore will twist so much that be an entirely different person.
On one hand, i hope Chris pays for what he's done, he knew fucking his mother was wrong, but on the other hand i sure do hope that Chris gets buff in the future and gets some sweet chicks while making sonichu comics for Marvel.

I dunno. If he wanted to get buff he would have. He's going to be isolated so there isn't anyone to make him do it. Not that they would anyways, they would look at his paperwork and probably beat him to death.

Hence the reason he would be isolated. The gender thing is also a problem. You can't put him in general population in a women's prison either.

Then there is also the fact he is a 'special' person... another reason to house him away from other inmates.

But with the correct pencil and enough paper he might just get to work on that comic book.
