Makes sense tho. Just couple years ago in order to be tranny you had to have a shrink approval which basically said "yeah, we tried everything, worked fuck all, let him chop his dick off, IDK maybe it'll do something."

Any actual psychological measures to establish diagnosis are now literally Hitler so woman is some sort of etherial state of being that people are in by just believing in it and same for men.

Chris is a mentally ill autistic person with questionable agency, if he isn't fit to stand trial (high possibility) then how can he be fit to decide he is trans?

Plus, there's no reason to think he isn't capable of understanding what he's done, and the presumption is someone is sane.

as well as the difference between jail and prison. He's in JAIL now because it's pretrial/hasn't been convicted, only charged. Jail is for that or situations where someone is sentenced 12 months or less (well.... generally speaking. some states may differ slightly) PRISON is post-conviction (after trial or plea)
