Pizzas in, vomit outIt's all about pizzas in, shits out
But errryday is pizza day!!! PPP is using steroids!!!I'm just gonna say it: Janny Jewsh did NOTHING wrong. Nothing wrong with a pizza day, everyone needs a pizza day.
I'll agree with you on the fasting part and the glycogen part. But, I've been down to 800 calories a day and I felt like ass. So I'm skeptical about the optimum energy part.Fasting does work and is the fastest way to lose weight. The big benefit of fasting is fast weight loss, but you lose a bit of energy after your liver runs out of glycogen.
Eating a small meal every day (about 500 calories) will ensure optimum energy, concentration and weight loss!
I think both PPP and Josh is correct in their own way. PPP is going to lose more weight faster, but Josh will feel a lot more comfortable while losing weight.
Idk if you are reading this PPP try not to drink too much water while fasting or you're pissing out your electrolytes which is going to give you brain fog, headaches and make you feel very uncomfortable.
I recommend steaming themFuck it Im doing the 1600 calories of broccoli challenge. View attachment 2413302

The Gunt sub name is free at the moment, you know. Maybe not a bad idea now that we have two active Ashton threads and a couple of old trashfiresJosh Please move this thread to Gunt. It would piss off PPP and his capos.
You're assuming he's doing pizza in Europe wrong. He might be getting a hand tossed pie with locally cured sausage and mushrooms from a nearby forest. We'll have to see what those spite pictures of pizza day look likeI hope my life never gets so sad that all I look forward all week is the day where I can eat some shitty frozen pizza.
Those don't come with a label with calories written on it.He might be getting a hand tossed pie with locally cured sausage and mushrooms from a nearby forest.
