Honestly, being in prison (or an institution) is probably the best chance he has at mentally developing.

He'll be alone in a cell, with no internet access, no video games, no MLP cartoons, no toy collection, no income, no "gal pals", and forced to eat the same food as the rest of the prisoners, no one who's going to coddle or humor him or be at his beck and call for his childish demands - he'll basically be forced to just sit and stare at a wall all day and actually reflect on his "life" up to this point.

Right, stuff like thinking that you can just take some hormone pills you bought off the internet and magically grow a vagina just reminds me of how much I underestimate how delusional he is.

Here’s a twist: Chris has been known to be pretty faggy and bi-curious himself. After a few months/years, what if he is the one to start booty hunting? Compound that with his inability to read basic social queues and the fact that virtually any non crippled male over the age of 10 could kick his ass.. who claims Chris’s shank riddled corpse from the prison morgue?

this is actually a good point albeit im about to make a bit more of a speculative statement (albeit most of the past few days has been generally this I guess.)
The logic here is sound. Especially in most jurisdictions the role of a judge is ELECTED. Again, I have to look a bit more…. But even with the municipality’s DA, we’re looking at this aspect. Throw in that pressure with everything else and there does seem to be an inclination (aside from decency and knee-jerk reaction) to not “give a slap on the wrist.”

Do we have a definitive date for when the trial will be on? Will there be a trial?

The fact of the matter has always been that whilst Chris didnt get the help he needed, he also grew up to be someone who was an overly narcissistic, manipulative, angry, unstable person. The man constantly used his disability to try to get his way, and this was in school may I add. So this guy wont be close to being able plea insanity unless by the grace of god.

You also have to consider that fact that he has a criminal history. Autism or not his boots are gonna get smoked.

Him being court ordered to take his pills to avoid jail time would be considered part of the plea bargain/probation/parole and that can be done. However you cannot force pills down a crazy persons throat if they have already been committed/imprisoned.

Depends on where you are. In CA you can get a Keyhea order aka a PC 2602 to require an inmate to take their psych meds.

Honestly with Chris he's probably dumb enough that they could get him to take the pills for an episode of MLP.

I guess the question is if he's going to be released from jail before the trial. Or have charges been formally laid out to keep him indefinitely?
