He'll go to a men's prison. From what I've researched about Virginia law, unless a person has had reassignment surgery, they are sentenced by their biological gender.

From there, we can follow Chris's legal battle as he tries to get the state to provide him with bottom surgery in prison, so that he can then transfer to a woman's prison.

I hear he has Roy Cohn on retainer for this sort of thing.

I would honestly pay to see Chris get hosed down if he refuses to take a shower. The procedure for these things is brutal enough. If nothing before that gets it through his head he's fucked, than I dunno what will.
That is, if he doesn't somehow cop his way out with a plea deal. Which is very likely, in all honesty. Mostly, I just wanna see how he handles the brief visit to prison life. It'd be a case study, y'know?

Just gotta think how officials view this and how X affects Chris’ safety and others. What happens if someone recognises his crazy ass? Do they know what he did?

End of the day it boils down to someone having to explain every decision and being held responsible for whatever happens.

Just like his entire life, he is going to be handled with kid gloves

I blame Law and Order and the multiple CSI series - cop dramas as a whole would have you think the legal process is greased lightning if you didnt know what a glacial pace it actually operates at

I still cannot fucking believe he fucked his mom. I cannot fucking believe it, out of everything this man has done, from the early days of drawing Megan getting finger blasted to stabbing his own taint with a steak knife; I truly didn’t think he was capable of rape.

You are half right. They have to explain their decision to send someone who publicly identifies as a female to a male population which I guarantee you they aren't doing for his benefit. They aren't dying his hair to fluff the motherfucker

They aren't doing any of those things to discriminate against him either. He's being subjected to the exact same procedure anyone else would be and thus that's about all the explaining they have to do.
