Why wouldn't they be admissible?

Private citizens sending evidence to the police so long as the evidence is true and honest (not faked screenshots) is 100% admissible even if the private citizen got that evidence through a crime (which they did not here). They'll be subpoenaing Chris' phone records including texts and getting all the data off his computers/ iPad / any vidya game systems that can connect to the interwebs. If those screenshots are true and honest they are admissible (or the information contained in them can be obtained by investigators in other ways with a warrant that will definitely be signed off on by a judge) and will be used against him in a court of law.

Chris has no one to look over the house for him. And the dog is at the pound. I'm sure they aren't telling him much about Barb's status... but what is on the top of his mind? He worries about his toy hoard.

The mortgage will go into default with no one to pay it, the bills will pile up at the door, and in the not too distant future, the house and its contents will go to the creditors. You can bet that the neighbors won't lift a finger to help them. They probably can't wait for the house to be taken away so they can get some nice new neighbors at 14 BC.

God, I hated the way that article danced around the rape by calling Chris a woman and describing the rapes as "sexual assaults".

The thought of him losing his shit is probably the first thing that's really been an eye opener. I'm sure he's been loving the attention, the nice officers that bring him food and call him proper pronouns, and always thinking it will be like all the other times where he gets an evaluation, free tickets, and gets to go home.

I think he spent one night in jail, but that's about it. He's always been let out, or had some kind of other program in lieu of punishment, and he has no reason to think otherwise now. It's only when he's told "no", no he can't get his stuff at the hotel. No he can't get McDonalds. No he can't play video games. that things will really sink in after a few days. He just has to know now that all his shit is fucked and there's not a thing he can do about it.

Reddit Jannies exist, so Chrischan is par for the course. Also, I have a heavily autistic relative, the only thing that surprises me is that chrischan was ever in a position as a carer for Barb. Incestual rape is just the wildcard end of the bad ends that were inevitable. i honeslty think the best well get is the art profile thing they draw during the trial. not even sure why they do that when we have cameras.
