He makes sure not to do illegal things, now does he?
Like not violating the rules in his college by repeatedly using attraction signs on campus, violating various store bans, court orders and restraining orders to keep away from certain people and places, literally assaulted a gamestop employee with pepper spray after vandalizing their wares several times...
just to name a few.
Dude has a rep-sheet a mile long from violations of rules and laws. He made an entire comic about how laws and rules are made specifically to hold him down, keep true love away from him and how he heroically overcomes these unfair and unjust limitations to his personal freedom.
Chris never gave a shit about the rules and only started respecting some of them once he burned his hands one too many times and got his shit kicked in by the authorities.
And then he only reluctantly and begrudgingly accepted those rules as limitations but still tried to skirt around them here and there.
In his understanding, laws and rules exist only to keep things away from him that he wants, therefore they are bad and therefore he can ignore them. It's literally that simple. He treats rules like a mopey, pouty child, but he still knows that certain things are not allowed. At best, he thinks laws and rules don't apply to him, more so considering that he thinks of himself as a literal goddess now.
"But wait", I hear you say, "he just didn't know that incest is illegal..."
Bull. Fucking. Shit.
He commented on a mother-son couple being arrested for incest years ago and argued how unjust it is, since incest is only bad when it creates offspring.
He knows it's illegal. He knows it's disgusting to other people. He still did it. He just didn't care, cause laws don't apply to him, especially when it's about something that he feels entitled to and when he considers the laws to be in the way of his fun.
