Chris has been arrested

He shouldn't be put in a men's prison, but he shouldn't be put in a women's prison either. It's not going to be the lesbian paradise that he thinks it'll be.

They're going to have to make special accommodations for him, because he's nothing like they've ever seen. I promise. I guaruntee you, at least one of the cops will anonymously leak details.

I have to ask, for anyone in the know. Are they required to give him hormones while he's being held? I assume that someone with a serious condition requiring medication would not be denied treatment while being held, but I don't know what the tranny pills are considered in that scenario.
I think they do, but only if the person has a history with those medications, which I think Chris does.

Any idea on how long before his day in court to plead guilty or not guilty?

I'm also curious if Barb will be called on to be a witness if it goes to trial.
Barb is pretty far gone, so she's not a reliable witness. They do have a wiki they could turn to though. The signs were there, and he admitted it to multiple people.

I think the worst jail story I ever heard was from a guy who was a trustee during an outbreak of norovirus. People saved their shit in cups and were throwing it at each other. Anyone that didn't have all their shots got hepatitis. The guards didn't want to deal with it, so they just didn't do anything.

Jail sucks for normies. The sorting hat fucks up sometimes and accidentally gives you a room mate that works out their frustration on certainly going to prison for life by turning you into a vegetable.

If you wind up with a long jail sentence the best thing you can hope for behind early release due to overcrowding is to be transferred to a rural county that will use you to cut grass and shovel snow.

Thanks to his shenanigans with Mike Snyder and his other crimes, Chris' criminal record is far from clean. The "slap on the wrist" days are long gone.

IMO that's not a sign he doesn't understand it was a wrong, it's a sign that he doesn't know who it's "okay" to tell things to and who to trust. You can know that murder is wrong but still be dumb enough to tell someone you did it and then get snitched on later.
I agree. Chris knows what he did is wrong. In the tapes he's bragging about whst he did.

This really depends what other charges he'll face as it would be hard to slap him on the wrist with how much publicity this case has and clear evidence of other crimes.
This is very true , we all also know he is going to plea out so a good chunk of the charges should be dropped. He also has the whole autism and troon thing going for him too.

It's the medallion safe? Are the police are aware that it is a cultural heritage object that needs to be preserved.
Imagine going to prison for ten years. You've spent most of it in protective custody because of your crimes. The years you've spent in solitary have caused you to lose any sense you have of yourself. You barely even know who you are. Any semblance you had to your old life was eroded away by four white concrete walls and a slot in a metal door where you got your meals. But one day your routine is broken by the guards giving you news you never thought would come.

It's your release day.

You don't know where you're going to go. Your mother's dead, 14 BLC has been seized by the bank, and your extended family wants nothing to do with you. But that's something you'll worry about later. But now it's time for you to have your possessions returned. It's mostly stuff you had in your pockets when you were arrested. But then the guards show you a lump of Crayola Fuckin Model Magic and acrylic paint. They don't quite know what to call it but for you, the memories all come rushing back. You are Christopher Christian Christine Weston Chandler Sonichu, a former international laughing stock reduced to nothing. You reflect on every decision you made that led you to this moment. Then you cry bitter tears as you're led out of the gates to your freedom.

You have a constitutional right to represent yourself (the Faretta right), although the judge will often appoint "standby counsel" if you realize how utterly stupid that is to do. You can do this even if you're literally nuts like the Long Island Railroad shooter. Unless you are actually held incompetent to stand trial at all, you are (generally) presumed to be able to make informed choices about your own legal representation.a

There are few exceptions to this and generally include extreme disruption of the proceedings or repeatedly abusing the right by continually firing your lawyers and delaying the proceedings, or by being mentally incompetent, which would probably be the sole relevant reason for denying the right in this case unless he starts throwing autistic tantrums in court. The fact that he is literally on disability for mental reasons is at least somewhat probative, and enough for the court at least to look into it, but generally the bar is low, as witness the LIRR shooter, Colin Ferguson.

Naturally it's a really bad idea to do this because it is ridiculously awkward to be cross examining witness after witness who personally witnessed you committing the crime(s), like Colin Ferguson. The witnesses were actually getting pissed with him, basically saying "Yes I saw YOU SHOOT THOSE PEOPLE YOU SON OF A BITCH" (not from the actual transcript).

You're also fighting against someone who does this shit every day, and you probably don't know the stylized formal combat that is cross examination. A skilled prosecutor will break up your flow by throwing around objections, especially if you don't actually know the rules well enough to respond to an objection or evidentiary argument on the fly.
People who want to represent themselves should in general be held incompetent to stand trial. Usually they are not able to get the rights they are entitled to or a fair trial. It is a bad thing to do even for great lawyers.

Just because a decision is really stupid doesn't mean you don't have the constitutional right under the Sixth Amendment to do it. You can't be forced to be represented by a lawyer (generally). Chris might actually be mentally incompetent at this time, though.

The more I think about it, the more convinced I am that Chris's story will end with suicide. He's so capable of self-delusion that he will inevitably decide that escaping to C197 is his best option. He'll genuinely believe that he won't truly die and will fling himself off a balcony when given the opportunity.

I don't think Chris' ego would allow that.

He would inevitably fuck up any attempt at suicide.
