Chris has been arrested

Wonder what the inevitable fate of his third medallion he's always been wearing is going to be. I presume it will just be confiscated along with any other items that aren't deemed permitted whilst in jail. But I could imagine giving a tard special privileges that have an item with some emotional attachment would be appropriate, and that medallion would probably be one of the only things he'll have in there, like a unique special dog tag, tied together for the rest of his miserable existence.

I really hope they just chuck it in the trash, symbolizing just how utterly worthless it is and what it means to Chris, just a stupid distraction.
agreed ! people have got to stop coddling and enabling chris as they have done since he was school age , that is part of why he is where he is currently

Could he lose his tugboat because of all of this too? I know they suspend it when a person is thrown in the slammer but I don't know how they go about things once they're released.
Less than 30 days, it continues. More than 30 days it's suspended while they're still locked up, but resumes upon release. Over a year, and it's permanently suspended and you have to reapply.

I'm guessing that there is no news on Barb, one of two happened.

1. She really is mentally unwell and was raped by Chris.

2. She sold out her son and said it was 100% him and she didn't consent whatsoever. She knows she can't handle a cell and now a tranny is forever gone, lol.

Which one you think happened?

When you get booked, all your personal items get put into a plastic bag and kept in a locker in intake. When you get released to a pod outside of 23-and-1 (or medical), in some facilities they allow you to get your shoes and/or shoelaces back (to wear instead of your standard issue plastic flip flops or whatever is regionally appropriate, but generally that). Everything else, you collect upon being released - or it is transferred with you to prison, if that is where you are going, at which point you may get some of that stuff but I suspect that things like chains and other jewelry may not follow the same process.

They are not allowed to trash it (it is your private property) but they will not give it to Chris at any point during his incarceration in jail, either.

UPDATE on chris chans pre - trial

* looks like my assumption is on point, as he is already acting the fool according to this statement and this guys commentary...

Could have just posted the article he was talking about. [Source] (you need a vpn if you're a europoor)

So it looks like Chris is done acting calm and collected already. I wonder what exactly he needs from home. His sonichu medal? Does he think it gives him the power to evade punishment? Also yet another person has misgendered him :story:

Thanks for sauce. Based on their Wiki, it seems to be a fairly legitimate and local operation and not some tabloid bullshit or WaPo, so I am inclined to believe their summary (the dryness of which was already an indicator).

I think that Chris thought that somehow he could go home and just not go back to jail, showing up to his next court date after staying at home as he was "promised" on 8/5. Seems like something that Chris would glean from what had actually transpired and how the penal system works given his previous run-ins. Although, it is certainly plausible that there are some crystals that he needs to activate the merge to save his hide from more jail time.

Can felons get social security disability benefits?

After getting released from jail many people often wonder, can felons get social security disability benefits? The simple answer is yes, a felony conviction does not automatically disqualify you from social security benefits. However, there are few exceptions to this rule. If you apply for social security disability insurance after being released from prison you will not be eligible if:

· Your disability happened or was made worse while you were committing a felony.

· Your disability happened or was made worse while you were in jail, prison, or correctional facility for a felony conviction.

· You made yourself a widow or an orphan by killing your spouse or parent (this applies to Social Security survivors’ benefits).

Being convicted of crimes such as sabotage, treason and certain acts of terrorism can also affect your eligibility for benefits.

Social Security Benefits While in Jail

If you’re already receiving SSDI benefits before you’re convicted, these benefits will be stopped after you’ve been incarcerated for more than 30 days. Once you are released from jail your benefits can be reinstated the month following your release.

If you’re receiving SSI benefits prior to incarceration, these benefits will be suspended after you’ve been incarcerated for a full calendar year. If your benefits were suspended for less than 12 months, your SSI benefits can be reinstated after your release without a new without filing a new claim. In order for benefits to be reinstated, you must contact your local Social Security Administration office to begin the process.

Exceptions to these rules can be made if you are participating in an approved rehabilitation program.

After being released from prison, it’s hard to know what you can and can’t do. Thankfully the Social Security Administration doesn’t discriminate against convicted felons. If you’re in need of SSI or SSDI to help you through a difficult situation after incarceration, don’t be afraid to apply. Jan Dils Attorneys at Law will be by your side, helping you through the application and, if necessary, the appeals process.

Right? It looks like a 90's website made by a teenager. This is the "optimized" mobile version.View attachment 2415266
I learned the reason for that. If you notice companies that make websites and software for the US government then you'll notice that it is companies with like 200 lawyers and ONE developer. People don't get those jobs because they are good with technology, they get those jobs because they are good at maneuvering the complex beurocracy required.

I worked for a company that does "smart traffic" solutions. For example that automatically register cars that enters and exists borders with cameras and so on. Many european borders have that sort of thing. And I looked into what was involved to get some of the open projects in the US. And it is always "you need this number from this company, but before that you need this and that certification from this two companies and to do that you need this number from this office, and you need to send a letter to this office and get this and that number stamped" it was literally tens of thousands of steps to even apply. And just calling the relevant offices doesnt work either because no US beurocrat knows what their own rules are or what forms they have, you need a lawyer that is specialised in this exact thing.

That website you posted probably cost $10 million to make and they really earned those dollars.

Everything. Chris wants to bring the entire horde with him to prison.
He did say in one video he got used to staying in rooms that were cluttered (thanks Barb). He probably wants to make his cell more like his room.
Good luck with that.

Barely a week without his toys and he's already acting like a rabid animal.

Either he's gonna want his toys to cope with his time or he thinks it's some 4D move and will use it as insanity defense.
Every time Chris has been arrested he spends very little time in jail and basically gets a slap on the wrist so he can go home and play video games.
It's obvious Chris still thinks this will occur. Since it is not happening the way it always happens he is freaking out slowly but not fully putting together the pieces as to what might happen to him.
So if Chris goes a week without his toys and video games and creature comforts then acts like this imagine what it will be like in a month or 3 months.

Remember when Corona happened and Chris escaped to an alternate reality in his mind where there was nothing but conventions every day. Imagine if Chris after a month or two breaks and goes back to that reality. Imagine Chris appearing in court as sonichu saying something along the lines of him and Mama Chris Chan swapped bodies again so he could represent him

If anything it will be interesting to see what Chris chans mental state will be like when he has to come months without any creature comforts and slowly starts to realize things will no longer be the way they were.

Of course, they get some things wrong about him.
I will actually give the news some leeway when it comes to getting things wrong about Chris. Let's be honest to properly understand him you would have to spend multiple weeks reading over the cwcki.
I mean could you really summarize Chris in a small article that fully describes everything that is going on with him and everything that led up to this moment especially if you never heard of the guy before.

Whatever happens, it's definitely not looking optimistic for Chris given how he's throwing a child tantrum in front of a court (and interrupting people while doing so), and couldn't bother to administer any form of boundaries and discipline/courtesy to how he behave in public.

Honestly, he'll be lucky if he's able to play up the whole "I'm mentally insane, I dunno what I was doing" defense. Otherwise his fun times are definitely coming to an end in a month or so.

Most likely it will take multiple months for this trial to be over.
Everyone thinks trials are extremely quick and efficient processes due to shows like CSI and law and order but in reality this trial could go on for 6 months. It may even take 3 months for all the charges to be finalized.
It's called the CSI effect
Hell it may even take multiple months for a plea bargain to be offered
