Chris court appearance

He's not going to learn. The only way I see this ending is some form of tard rage when he can't stand the confinement, convinces himself Sonichu gives him super strength or something, he attacks a guard (aka runs at them screaming before getting his ass kicked), and it just escalates until he's in some sort of home or prison where a special caretaker has to keep him from going tard ragemode all the time.
Chris's next time in court:

I tangentally know of someone in prison for life who has a TV. You had to buy it from a certain vendor and it was at an extreme markup. Chris will not be able to afford that. Is he still getting his tugboat while he's in jail?
Tugboat is gone while he's locked up, he'll have to reapply when he gets out.

Also some ween will probably give him commissary money to buy a tv/vidja if they're allowed in his prison.

His toys at his house are gunna be stolen by trolls who burglarize his house when the police finish their investigation of his house.
Stop saying house so much.

Wow Chris is off to a great start already. If anything good came out of this first impression it's the judge and pd took one look at Chris and by the time it got to him screeching "I want my Legos back I want my pony dolls back now!" While jumping up and down like a five year old. Then they realized there's no hope for him. He'll get eaten alive in prison and if not then he'll never learn to reform and become if not a productive member of society than at least a law abiding one.

That could be what prompted them to hold him while getting him evaluated.

Not sure about that.
Could very well have much worse consequences for Chris than a short stay in jail.
He could get permanently institutionalized if he gets found mentally impaired. And a jail sentence has a set end, institutionalization does not. He could be held for the rest of his life.
Way higher risk than a potentially short sentence, that could very well be conditional.
Chris would at least have human interaction in an institution. If he goes to prison, he'll likely be thrown in a hole and forgotten about. Plus he'll be homeless the minute he gets out.

He'll make a new medallion out of whatever's on his food tray.
French fries for yellow, rice for white, dark gravy for black and ketchup for red.
You joke, but good chance he makes a rudimentary medallion out of whatever pen, paper, and post-it notes he can get.

If some reddit ween decided to burn 14 BC to the fucking ground I wouldn't feel a thing--I'd probably laugh.
i think i feel the same way, really no one should live there, barb should be put in a home, chris should be in prison or institutionalized and if feel bad for anyone moving in there. i don’t know if barb has an insurance policy on the home though, i hope not

However I bet if he was not trans this would have been a shitty public defender.
Nah. Greene county is probably too small to have dedicated public defender's so they contract out to lawyers that commonly take cases at that court. The lawyers do it to get in good graces with the judges&&prosecutors. They get paid a set contract amount for it rather than being able to bill hours so it's basically pro bono/volunteer. Since it's the same paycheck either way, it's not necessarily better representation than a public defender because the indigent client is at the very bottom of the priority list while a PD treats their clients more or less equal.

If I were working for the state prosecution, I'd evaluate his behavior, make him a ward if that state, let him get a controlled basic job, put him is a facility with other men, give him a chance to live in his fantasy world for the rest of his life. He wouldn't be able to function in society on his own. He'd either hurt himself or someone else again after getting confused with his basic impulses.

I suspect he'll do what he's always done in the past. Get gobsmacked by reality, make empty promises, then cope by going even deeper into his delusions to separate himself from having to face said reality.

I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if he ended up hanging himself in his cell so he could escape to CWCville, or complete the merge, or whatever fucked up thing his mind creates. He is a goddess after all, surely death is no big deal.
