If I was getting tied up in this shit and me and that person had a connection through Christory interest, I'd want to show my distance straight away. You know if you make friends over Chris, you're going to have to prove your innocence at some point. Unless you have something to hide, that is.

I get this, but if they are going to change the phone number why not change the name at that point? That's the part I don't get.

I briefly tried (although it could be done more carefully) to draw some straight lines in MS Paint connecting the numbers/names/icons in the 2 different pics to see if there was an obvious mismatch but whoever doctored it seems like they did a pretty good job.

Yeah, its pretty much guaranteed to be that. Between two copies of the same texts, one from the 31st and one from the 23rd;

a) we know youre doctoring texts, which is a very basic photoshop or paint.net job,
b) there is absolutely no reason to doctor a series of texts to take place on the 31st as occuring a week earlier, let alone any in general if these are the original

ergo, accidentally (I guess), leaking the original texts with the dates of the bdsm on the 23rd is pretty much the de facto version.

Anything should be taken with a grain of salt, which is why I highly suspect that Bella found out about the secret much earlier. Ie: Chris wouldn't just come out and say "Barb and I had a romp". There was likely a conversation a day, two days, several, a week, a month earlier or whenever where either Bella confronted him after guessing, or he outright told her.
