Know this is off topic but I know someone irl that I’m legitimately shocked isn’t on KF for literally doing the SAME thing and whose antics have reached CWC level.

I'd say the opposite actually. Chris has had monstrous tendencies his whole life, like when he said he only drew "She Came For CWC" as a depiction of Megan to keep from raping her over a decade ago. The unfortunate reality is that this has been inside him all along

I feel like I could be wrong but I think it would have happened anyway at some point, if not that then maybe something else because he was already making OCs like his basketball Sonic recolor he made. I think Chris was doomed to be a lolcow ever since he got into Sonic.

I keep seeing this angle and it's funny to me. No joke, I used to work within a women's prison (I wasn't a screw tho) and you're honestly a pipe-hitting fool if you think that Chris would last five minutes around caged bitches. Prison girls are not to be fucked with, and typically present a threat even to fully-grown men, hence why female prisons are often staffed by men in majority and women secondarily.

A fatty like Chris versus a woman who's gone down for murdering her 200lb husband? He's fucked. That's if VA actually sends him to a women's unit, which they probably won't.

That's dependent on how hard troons wish to fight to protect one of their own. Would be hilarious if some pro-trans activists started arguing that incest shouldn't be a crime, since the state shouldn't get to determine what two adults can consent to on the basis of their chromosomes.

I work in law in a liberal area of the US. Pretty much every court employee is a liberal. You don't understand how the professional personas fade when the bailiffs/lawyers/staff/judges get back into their own communal spots in the courthouse away from the public. Thinking of what these people are saying when the hearings are over is cracking me up. When we have a crazy defendant the defense attorney will almost always come in the back and say something along the lines of "what the hell am I getting into?" and then just tear into them.

I wish I could buy a round for whatever bar the attorneys and staff are at tonight. I know they're cracking up realizing the scale of what this means to a bunch of morons on the internet. I only wish this happened where I work.

I actually Googled to see if anyone HAS written about this, but naturally it’s all propaganda for the apps that allow trannies.

There isn’t even an option to filter by “no trannies” on these apps.

If women were flooding Grindr en masse, the gays would lose their shit.

Most of these people only care about being outspoken online because it doesn't require a degree of effort on their part, and you might get a blue twitter check mark for it. I find it hard to believe this would be anybody but Chris's hill to die on.

They'll have to stay away from this issue considering the known facts. If they defend this guy it will make social media a shitstorm, however I don't doubt the stupidity of Twitter users.

Legally, a trans person going to a male/female is a great question. Before our society was fucked up we never had to consider these things. Rest assured that the SCOTUS will absolutely shoot down any kind of pro-trans law that comes from this. You'll even see the liberal Justices concurring.

For rape it really needs to be more than "some." All people at her age have "some" cognitive decline. It has to be enough that she is literally unable to get consent. That's just for the rape. The incest count is serious and consent doesn't even matter to it. Anyway Chris said he continued after she said no, and that would just make it plain old rape under even the normal definition. And he could get as much as life for that.

Rape is a minimum of five to a maximum of life. The incest is one to ten years, or less than a year if it "wobbles" and gets sentenced as a misdemeanor. And then possible elder abuse is another charge, similarly a "wobbler." And since the harms are separate, if he gets convicted of all three it's possible they sentence him to consecutive terms instead of letting him serve them concurrently.

We'll probably know what the other charges are at or slightly before the preliminary hearing.

Or possibly chat logs found on the computer will show he was a lot more manipulated than we know already considering what an absolute psycho Isabelle is.
