Chris court appearance

It's a large part of the whole "TERF" divide in leftist lesbian theory. The poor dykes who worked so hard to work for their emancipation from men have faced a deluge of delusional men masquerading as women. But unfortunately those men are using the rules they helped define. The term comeuppance comes to mind, though I doubt any of those dykes are cumming to the deluge of bearded men they're forced to date.

It's an issue that's largely divorced from Chris as a whole. I wish I had some thread to link you to full of lulz but it's a somewhat isolated phenomena because it represents a blind spot in leftist theory. No one has reported on it because it would be "transphobic" to point out that lesbian women generally aren't interested in fat bearded men wearing lipstick.
Oh yeah. I'm aware. And it IS true that it is largely divorced from Chris. As much beef as I have with troons, Chris is...his own thing. BUT! There have been an amusing number of men trying to become women in order to attract women and...well...that's what Chris did too. Convergent evolution I guess? Tard minds think alike?

I don't think that's how the law works, no. It's been discussed here already, but again:

1. Simply "being mentally ill" doesn't matter - they have to prove you were insane at the time the act was committed.

2. They don't "downgrade felonies to being committed to an asylum" - he'd have to be found "not guilty by reason of insanity". In the past, they dropped the felonies and pursued lesser misdemeanor charges, but he was still found guilty on those.
Hmm... this is gonna get real interesting... I mean if he was going to that faggot brony con or whatever. That's gonna count against him being insane, right?

He's probs gonna be found insane, yet knew what he was doing. Kind of like that dude on JCS who shot someone and showed zero emotion the entire time.

I doubt his courtroom behaviour was an act unless he's trying for an Oscar.

I'd still swear nuthouse at this point. If it's prison, he's dead by niggos in a matter of days.
You are referring to Jerrod Murray. The dude was definitely autistic, but he knew what he was doing. He premeditated the whole thing, took planning and caring to mete out his dastardly deed. He said that he chose his victim because he thought he was someone nobody would miss. He planned the trip the walmart. Once he shot the guy he went to great lengths (well, as great as a retard can go) to hide the body and try and cover up his crime. He even tried to toss the guy's cell phone for fear that it could be used to trace his location. Lastly, Jerrod intended to go up to Canadia to flee the police.

He knew the difference between right and wrong, yet was found legally insane. He got off kind of light, though I'm pretty sure he's in the nut house now. So there's one case where being autistic can help a criminal out.

Mold spores act as irritants, which can trigger the body to mount an immune response. This can lead to inflammation throughout the body. Inflammation in the brain can impair cognitive function, and in the case of chronic inflammation, this can lead to long-lasting cognitive impairment

Fucking Last of Us 3 will take place in Ruckersville VA. Complete with a brand new tranny character to play as: Christine, who is immune to the new strain of Cordyceps virus he cultivated in his hovel for 4 decades.

Call me a retard, but what exactly is accomplished by privating a KF profile?
It's a thing pussies do here.
Well I guess I'm glad to be among the non-pussies, though I didn't even know you could do that.
Who puts sensitive data is a user profile here of all places, anyway?

There's some powerleveling in the threads of course.

At least there'd be no more weens saying "get a job" and "julay", or people like "Praetor" or the Idea Guys messing him up more.
inb4 the inmates themselves take advantage of his delusions. They successfully convince him they're really sonichu characters possessing the prisoners, and Chris gets turned into the prisoner's own lolcow to gawk and poke fun at

Every single one of Chris Chan's antics in the courtroom will count against him for sure..however, if the prosecution is weak..he could get off lightly. I do predict he will face some form of incarceration at the every least.

Stomping his feet, classic. I feel the pending charges are serious and I also feel letting him go would not be smart as they most certainly would have to arrest him again. God knows what else they dug up going through his stuff, especially online. I somehow have the feeling our buddy chris isn't very good at opsec and it was probably easy to frisk his various devices and accounts, and yes various providers from his own ISP to Facebook, Twitter etc. will just hand everything over on a silver platter, they do not care. They don't need some screenshots and recordings off some forum to establish anything and I think some of you aren't aware of just the extend of data they collect. Here's another surprise for you if that's the case - clicking on "delete" on some post somewhere usually actually doesn't delete anything and law enforcement will have access to it. Also this cloak of silence thrown over his mother tells me she's seen as a victim and it's all something more serious than some consensual incest thing.

Also, before you say "uhh I don't think chris did any depraved shit online", dude fucked his mother. Would you've believed me a month ago if I told you that? He's not harmless and deeply disturbed. He's actually quite literal and transparent in what he is. When he said back then he had trouble keeping himself from raping that one chick, he probably was dead serious.
I really feel sorry for the CSI techs that might have to go into his Sonichu Cave with a Black Light.

The current Virginia laws revolving around gender identity does bring up an interesting question; Could Chris' case bring this system that would be deemed transphobic to the attention of more people? We already saw hoards of people raising pitchforks against anyone who called Chris 'he', so you have to wonder if those same people will continue to watch as this unfolds, and put up a stink if Chris is sent to a men's prison. I doubt it would change anything, but I am rather interested to see the fallout and if it's more or less prevalent than the pronoun discussion.
