Think about it this way. If a person anticipated being caught they'd have their alibi set up in advance, they'd have covered their tracks a bit better. Everything about her tells me that she did this without a proxy; plus, logging into most social media is a nightmare with tor/a proxy, and some sites will flat out lock your account, instagram for instance, if you log in from a "suspicious IP"
