Yeah I did. That was why I said that her lying to the investigators is what will get her expelled in a heartbeat. That was her mistake.

The roommate stuff is just drama amongst adults. The university either offered her another room or she decided to go off campus. Lying and then showing you covered up evidence in a Title IX investigation isn’t criminal or anything, but it will get her expelled and could open her up to civil liabilities from the victim.
