I'm really surprised that the futa surgery is legal. How can you "reconstruct" something that doesn't even exist in nature? Bolt-on sillicone boobs and dick inversions are awful, but at least those two procedures are trying to imitate things that actually exist as a part of human anatomy, not freakish hentai.
If someone identified as a cyclops could they get Medicaid to pay a surgeon to remove their eyes, and implant a new eye in the center of their forehead? And then have people believe them when they say they'll die with out it?

I for one support this surgery. Medical science has always progressed by leaps and bounds when we discarded pesky morality and stopped worrying about things like "ethics" and "being humane". The Third Reich and USSR understood this, and we're using their discoveries still today. We don't even need to force the experimentation on some poor innocent bastard this way. He's volunteered!
If a loon wants to be a futa, then let them be a futa. It's for science! I hope that much knowledge comes from this before the "patient" decides to delete their Minecraft account.
By the same line, I also support the cyclops surgery should anyone be dumb enough to request it.

I think this kind of shows what doctors are thinking when they're catering to troons. They're just basically trying not to get them to kill themselves. All these allowing of surgeries and such is just a way to get them to stay alive. This is essentially the same as a patient coming into the ER with a severed arm and screaming at the doctors that he'll cut it off again if they reattach it.
In the doctors' minds they're just trying to save the patient from harming themselves and dying so they cater to the patient's thoughts.
Probably because his pee pee is good for cooming and he doesn't want to give that give up

I'm sure this fallacy has a name, but: the fact that it is hard to convince someone they're trans means they almost certainly aren't trans, and you're 'brainwashing' them to think so.
(Brainwashing is a strong word of course, 'grooming' or 'coaxing' are more like it)

He has value to his family, but he has zero value to society. Why should society pay for his upkeep when there is zero return on that investment? None of these people are disabled. Crazy, sure, but not crazy enough to warrant disability pay. Lots of people who have mental illness issues work jobs and manage to survive through the magic of therapy, medication, or just plain powering through the pain. These are lazy man children who refuse to grow up and want to keep living like spoiled teenagers. In nature, their mothers would have pushed them out of the nest or eaten them because they would have instinctively known that they'd be a burden. They are only alive because human beings -- for all our professed love of science and the theory of evolution -- refuse to submit to natural selection.
If their families think they are worth keeping, fine. I don't think we should pre-emptively round them up and rid the world of lazy, worthless dudes. But, if they run out of money and have to live in a cardboard box under a bridge somewhere -- that's not really my problem to fix. Man up or suffer the consequences.
