I was into the whole nonbinary they/them thing as a teenager on early-mid 2010s tumblr and I ended up becoming just a butch-ish lesbian (and a closet terf lol) by the time I turned 20. How many people wrongly put on the medical transition pipeline is enough to get them to set up better guidelines? Is it fine for schools to encourage it as long as no one medically transitions? What is good about telling students it's perfectly normal to be so upset with their bodies that medical OR social transition is EVER a good solution? Why are lessons about this being incorporated into kindergarten classrooms?
The left won't even entertain these questions, so it's rational to assume they won't ever do a heel-turn. They will let all kinds of students be harmed if it means they don't have to admit there are unintended consequences.

This talk of chopping of tits and balls and growing up made me think of something. You always see older MtFs lamenting about not transitioning earlier, how they 'lost' years of their life living the wrong way, and so on (it's particularly charming when MtFs with kids do it, since they are basically saying they wish they'd never had them). You also see a lot of active older-on-younger grooming going on in places like r/egg_irl, like they're trying to push young MtFs into transitioning to make up for what they missed out on.
On the other hand, you don't really see either of these things on the FtM side. To the extent that there is social pressure going on, it's not 'grooming' as much as social contagion and wanting to fit in. Not that some girls aren't pressured into it, but when they are it is usually done by girls their own age. You also don't see a lot of older women trooning out, but even when you do, they don't complain about wasting their life or how much they wish they'd done it earlier. (There are some exceptions of course, but not as a general thing)
I wonder why this is? It might have something to do with the personality types associated with certain types of trannies. Teenage girls who transition are usually doing it because they are miserable with who they are and uncomfortable with their bodies. Older women are likely to have overcome that stuff, and are generally way happier with their lives and bodies than depressed 14 year olds, so they are more likely to look at teenage FtMs and just not relate anymore, or think that it's a shame they are doing this to themselves.
Middle-aged AGPs, on the other hand, are usually narcissists, and narcissists never overcome their problems or stop being miserable deep down, because their personality disorder won't allow it. So they kid themselves that they would have been happier if they had transitioned 20 years ago, because their current reality is feeling resentful and unappreciated. They deal with this feeling by whining and grooming.
Which in turn makes me wonder about the younger men and boys being groomed online by the old AGPs. Some of them clearly have AGP themselves, or develop it, but how many are actual full-on narcs? You don't have to be a narc to be targeted by one. How many relatively normal boys are getting their balls chopped off just because they were targeted by some 50-year-old calling himself Samantha who is trying to vicariously get his 'turning into a cute young girl' kicks?

Great interview. I like how she led him to point out the divide in behavior between the LGB and the T so that it can be less easily portrayed as a general LGBT issue. I hope people (and by people I mean the TERF and conservative groups involved, and people with a platform) realize that when he says they need confronting, what it means is that more men need to confront them.
