Chris court appearance

No news media back in the day would dare publish something like this. All there was was the church and community whisper network.
They probably wouldn't have published this, either. Unfortunately for them, the Internet had already blown up about it so they actually had to address it.
"Similar DNA"... you're an idiot. At best Cole might be a possible suspect if he shares the same father as Chris (read: they'll have the same Y-Chromosomal DNA).
If you have enough DNA to do nuclear DNA comparison, you can more or less conclusively state to a high degree of certainty, well beyond a reasonable doubt, that it came from a specific person and not anyone else on the planet. It's only mitochondrial DNA from degraded samples that has you assigning probabilities less than 99.999999 a zillion 9s%.

This was the case in the O.J. case but the defense was improperly allowed to argue that somehow the comparison wasn't nearly a dead certainty, although they also had the fact that the prosecution's witnesses fell down on the job eliminating the possibility of it having been planted there by some dishonest (Fuhrman) cop.

What a time to be alive.

Also I was just looking through my old posts and apparently I called it in 2016 wtf. I always wanted to be clairvoyant. But not like this.

Not like this.

Too bad, the same way Im associating Chris with the LGBTQ crowd (because thats what they wanted until SUDDENLY they didnt want him anymore...I wonder why) Im associating him with your crowd. He seems to be a good mascot for both movements. :christine:

So basically Yaniv 2.0. They went to bat for him and ran interference throughout ballwaxgate, but then all of a sudden the topless under 12 no parents pool party came out, and all of a sudden it's "he's not part of our community! disavow! disavow!"

Man, am I the only one that is bothered with just how smiley Chris is at all points during this? All video and photos show him smiling or at least too calm than even he would normally be in this situation. He used to get so angry and the closest we got to that was him throwing a scene at court demanding his toys (which we sadly dont have any footage of). Its legit worrying me and reminds me of that court description of Chris a while ago about he seems to be retracting more and more within his infantile mind and less and less present in the real world. It makes me think that we could be seeing the peak of this effect. Hell, as far as we know, he didnt ask once about his mother as he would usually do...he is disturbingly calm and even happy...:cryblood:

With that said, tho...

Wouldnt be hilarious if the judge declares Chris Chan guilty and while security is dragging him away, he shouts from the hallway "HE KNOWS CLYDE CASH!!"

Imagine being so desperate for representation when you accept a lolcow within your ranks. You deserve what you fucking get.

Chris is certainly competent to stand trial. Even if he starts screaming about CPU nonsense and the merge, he's still competent. Weird beliefs don't affect competency. Competency is only concerned with capacity, not willingness to participate, or weird belief systems, or the defendants desperate coping mechanisms to deal with their anxiety. It'd be analgous to him claiming he was a sovereign citizen--those guys believe laws don't apply to them. They're still competent to stand trial because they have the capacity to understand, weird worldview aside.

For example, if this does go to trial and Chris says he wants to testify. His lawyer says not to because it's a bad idea. Now Chris understands that bad things can happen if he takes the stand because his lawyer explained it, but he believes that he can use his powers to explain everything and the jury will understand and let him go. He can rant about Sonichu and merges and being a goddess and piercing taints as a pathway to feminine spirituality and he'd still be competent. Because he understands what's going on, he just chooses to ignore the consequences and makes up a fantasy because that's the only way he knows how to deal with adversity.
I think Chris is going to be very very borderline with regard to competancy. Thats something that will need professional evaluation. He could go either way.

No, you're not. Several criminals have acted this way when being arrested. Chris doesn't care about anyone else but himself. He even said Null told him to do it. That's about how much he cares about people that have tried to help him. Also, that should be a red flag for anyone with a hate boner for IJL, but people enjoy being manipulated more than Chris does.

Also yeah this long-forgotten thread from five years ago today called it ALL.

This was a horror story five years in the making. Holy shit.
Ummm Wow! That's... yeah that's a Holy Shit moment. Boy won't Heilberg be so happy to see that? Someone should should ask Nick Rekeita, what's the best whiskey to send a defense attorney who's just discovered he's staring into the Gates of Hell itself? Asking for a friend.

Too bad, its what you are now. I need answers.

- Are the prices of graphic cards going decrease or I should suck it up and buy one?
- Will ever be another good Star Wars movie ?
- Will we ever become a space exploring species?
- The lottery numbers for the next 5 years would also be great too, you can PM me those tho.
- Are the farms going to survive the 2020's ?

What’s great about this was, it’s very pre-Bella and it’s publicly available on Facebook. Not some cryptic shit buried on a bullying forum.

Is his Facebook still active? His name has been spammed too much to get a good result.

I seriously wonder how aware Chris-chan is of the situation. He is ostensibly 'merely' High Functioning Autistic, which should for all intents and purposes mean that he's cognitively at or above average and only lacking in regards to interpersonal skills. Their ability to tell right from wrong is not impaired, and in fact they might actually be more dogmatic in regards to morality due to autism often being associated with black-white thinking. On the other hand Chris has clearly been absolutely delusional for quite longer than we imagine. Even before this dimensional merge affair, the Mailbags have made it clear that Christ to one extent or another seems to think that CWCville is real (whether he actually believed it was truly reality, or merely believed in it the way a child believs in imaginary friends is up for debate). It's possible that Chris is so upbeat about the whole situation because he is genuinely unaware of how what he did. It's possible that his High Functioning Autism is a misdiagnosis (didn't Barb and Bob refuse the follow-up recommendation of psychological treatment?), it might be possible that Chris is closer to Mid or Low functioning.

As much as I enjoyed being an observer to Christory, we cannot deny the harm caused by the trolling, which probably harmed his already shaky grasp on reality even further. I hate to go all Joker but we do really live in a society and to an extent this monster might be of our making. Not exclusively of course, but Chris is just this perfect storm of circumstance and genetics. I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion, but I genuinely pity him much more than I blame him - even though his act is objectively speaking horrible. At this point I wonder if it wouldn't be better for Chris to be institutionalized, I doubt that at this point he can function like a normal human being.

Considering how much his previous brushes with law enforcement, he hasn't had any serious encounters till now. I don't think he had any inkling of the consequences of his actions just because his previous slaps on the wrists not doing anything. Problem is I don't know if Chris realizes it now with his jail stay or not.

Every previous encounter he's had with law enforcement ended with a slap on the wrist. In fact, I remember in one court appearance him dismissively stating something to the effect of "my mom will take care of it" to a judge as he issued Chris a fine.

Jail has always been a minor and temporary inconvenience to him and if we see footage of him again, I'm willing to bet he won't look so happy anymore. Not after his lawyer explained to him just how fucked he is.
