But the disordered speech and thinking, emotional dysregulation, flattened affect kind of schizo. Becoming schizo can literally make your IQ drop by 20-30 points because your brain can no longer form the correct connections from thought to thought.

That’s honestly a good theory, and would help tie up the mystery of why he was enlisted but now seems to be without military benefits.

Positive symptoms of schizophrenia are always easier to see than the negative symptoms but they’re definitely just as schizophrenic for it.

If he’s a traditional schizo his symptoms would have started emerging late teens-early 20’s which also makes sense.
