Holy shit this new filing is the most insane yet. Saying you "fake sued" someone in a court filing, fucking classic. Just openly admitting that he wasted the court's time with a bad faith lawsuit as a "publicity stunt". And damn he is really still seething over the Erika thing, it has nothing to do with his "case" against the Farms but he cannot stop bringing it up so he can "explain his side" yet again. Calling her mentally ill is pretty disgusting, he has absolutely bought into his own delusional narrative that he was just a good guy trying to be her friend and she blew up at him for no reason, the crazy bitch. He learned nothing from getting his peepee spanked in court, it only triggered his narc rage.

And I agree that his rage has clearly been building up lately, and it will inevitably continue to grow as all of his romantic, political, and litigious efforts continue to amount to nothing but humiliation. The question is not if he will lash out but how. Hopefully not with violence, but you never know what someone this fucking crazy is capable of, narcs are especially dangerous. I know this comparison has been made before but Russ definitely reminds me of Jarrod Ramos, the Capital Gazette shooter. The paper published an article on a court case where Ramos was convicted of harassment/stalking, Ramos furiously accused the paper of libel etc. for daring to report the results of a public trial, and when they wouldn't retract he walked into the newsroom with a shotgun and killed five people. I hope that Russ is too pussy to act out violently, he seems pretty meek in IRL confrontations such as when the judge took him to task for "there will be blood". Also I don't think he has a gun and doubt he'd be able to get one with his conviction. But who knows, maybe he'll end up stabbing an Instathot or bashing her over the head with his keytar or something. After CWC I'm realizing cows are more capable of doing really fucked up things than we think.

It was explained why you can't filed a suit in bad faith and expect it to proceed, but of course he ignored that. And he admits he harassed Erika when he says he "didn't harass her that much." What he doesn't get is that any contact he made after being told to fuck off was harassment. That's why he was charged.

I think her name was "Skye" and from what I can tell, he did, and she was just going to have it dismissed until people contacted her about Greer and his history of retaliating against women who don't give into his demands. I'm not sure what happened, but he never spoke of it again. I speculated that she might have threatened to sue him for defamation and harassment. If anything had happened in his favor, you know he would have bragged about it for days. I think when the harassment case was in progress, Skordas contacted her and she was in the loop about the proceedings.

Russell's true disability is that he can't hear or read the words "no" or "stop contacting me". It's like they never even happen. Sufferers end up with restraining orders left and right, but they don't even know why! Absolutely tragic.

This... might be his magnum opus. It's basically a confession! He knew exactly what he was doing with Taylor, with Ariana, with Erika, every time- obviously we knew that, but it's hilarious to see him admit to it so brazenly because he thinks it makes him sound sympathetic to the court. Something's chapped his ass and I totally agree with posters upthread, this is him venting rage about something else IRL. Maybe the PAC, but it feels kind of personal. State law forbids it if you are convicted of domestic violence misdemeanor. It doesn't forbid it for a non-violent misdemeanor. See NRS 202.360.

I strongly suspect that job was arranged for him because it's WFH and it's in Nevada. His parents probably wanted to get him out of Utah so he wouldn't get it into his head to go to Erika's house and try to explain. He was probably told if he got fired, that was it, he was on his own.

Best part is his pee pee didn't even get spanked, it got threatened to be spanked and then he managed by the unholy grace of his asshairs to avoid undergoing the more intimate psychological evaluation that they wanted him to have.

If the complaint is nonsensical on it's face and doesn't allege any actual violations of the ethics code ("I don't like something he did" is not a valid complaint) they will toss it outright. The outcome of this will likely be similar to the spurious complaints Nick Rekeita gets where the bar association sends him a letter saying they received a complaint but it was gibberish.

If you are not the client of the attorney you are complaining about, the odds are already massively stacked against you for the bar association to pay any attention. If you are whining about opposing counsel then your complaint is practically earmarked for the circular file from the get-go.
