Yeah, that was one of my favorite little moments for our pet zombie-faced bamboon. It's really a perfect example of Russhole simply being a spoiled little brat deep down inside. They didn't let him WIN despite Russ being SPECIAL and making an EFFORT! That means they MUST be cheaters exploiting glitches in the game and using HAXX to beat Russell! It's the only LOGICAL explanation! They KNOW they're supposed to make things easy for Russ and give him the chance to win! Everyone knows that! It's been like that ever since Russhole was a kid and the teachers and parents made sure the other kids knew its DISCRIMINATION and WRONG to be better than he is! What the frick?! Why are those dingus game devs not doing something about this?! They should kick and ban all those cheaters and make it so Russ can't be killed! Russhole should take those game devs to small claims court and SUE them for violating the ADA and allowing those CHEATERS to continue beating Russ!
Or he could just do what I do, and not play PUBG while having very little FPS experience. World of frustration spared there, but Russ must really love his frustration since he lays keeps poking the hornet nest.

And this is probably why he expects recording artists to risk a massive lawsuit just to listen to his auditory vomit. He honestly believes he's entitled to special treatment, not equal treatment. I mean sure, if a dude with a facial deformity made it onto AGT with his keyboard playing skills, yeah, that'd be inspiring. But Russ seriously expected to get put on the show just because he's disabled, regardless of any talent (or lack thereof). I know he said he was filing an EEOC complaint because he's an idiot who though he was applying for a job on AGT, maybe he got a letter saying being on AGT isn't a job, so they have no jurisdiction. He's very confused about how employment and disability law work.

I believe he asked for one, and court told him no. That being said, I don't think a hearing is likely, unless he amends his complaint with a stronger copyright claim. Then, if only for copyright, the hearing could possibly happen. As is now, I don't think we'll get a hearing, sadly. Good for Null, though.
Jesus Christ I had completely fucking forgotten that was the basis for his claim in this suit. Time plus the Melinda-esque focus on what a meanypants Null is in this latest filing had completely wiped that aspect from my mind.

He has said in the past considers sex with hookers on par with receiving love, and it's the only way he can receive the affection he desires.
Oh, he said much more than that. This heinous little drool goblin wrote in his book, that the first time he had sex with a hooker was the first time he felt loved. That little tidbit shows really well how considerate he is of his family as well as his general attitude towards and understanding of both sex and prostitution.

Hell, I feel dumber every time I look at Russ. Did it ever occur to him that reconstructive surgery might be a better investment for getting chicks, rather than frivolous lawsuits? Or is his dishabilooty card too valuable?

They tried to transplant a nerve into his face when he was a kid. Didn't take. Other than that, there really isn't any medical treatments for his condition.

You can't fix what you don't have, and if you happen to be missing a cranial nerve or two...

There's been some improvements and advancements for Moebius treatment over the years, but because Russell is so heavily paralyzed they're basically not even an option because they require the patient to be able to move certain muscles within their face and do things like biting.

He's built his life up around Moebius being the reason for everything bad happening to him. Even if he could stop throwing money at hookers and stupid cases to harass people and there was something that would work, I doubt he'd willingly go in for a new procedure because then he wouldn't have that to fall back on and use as a shield or a threat. He'd actually have to face the fact he's got a disgusting personality that easily drives people away, and that will never happen.

I believe he's got enough mental issues (His intelligence, etc) that he could very well stake disability claims on them even if he never had Moebius. But then he'd actually have to get a real diagnosis and not some handwaved bullshit he can try to pass off as something else. And, you know, have enough awareness to even consider he could have any such disabilities, which from everything he's blasted to the public so far has shown that's a impossibility as Russell lives in a completely different world than the rest of us. He's very much the main and only character that matters in his story.

Oh, he said much more than that. This heinous little drool goblin wrote in his book, that the first time he had sex with a hooker was the first time he felt loved. That little tidbit shows really well how considerate he is of his family as well as his general attitude towards and understanding of both sex and prostitution.

The specific details skipped my mind but yes, it does show how easy it is for him to throw his adoptive family under the bus. His parents may not approve with his decisions and been Mormon and all that it entails, but they clothed and fed him, and from what I've read they made sure he didn't get into too much shit without a paddle or outright yeet him into the sunset and disown him as he got nuttier. That's a lot more than some people in the world have gotten from their parents, adopted or not. It's irritating at some points, especially since he tried to crawl up his birth family's asshole because of their success as if his adoptive parents had done absolutely nothing for him, ever.

I'm gonna pull a Russ and say that you guys are going to fucking love what he just filed.
This is amazeballs :story:

Russ is really going of the deep end with this one. It's more unhinged and nonsensical than his usual ramblings.
What does he even want to say with this? That Skordas is stalking him and is the true mastermind behind Kiwi Farms? I'm just waiting for him to start accusing Null and Skordas of being the same person or some other totaly batshit crazy conspiracy.

It's also an interesting insight into how he thinks the law works. Why would anyone defend Kiwi Farms if they weren't obligated to? Must be a conspiracy.

It's a good thing he's too stupid to actually practice law. I have a feeling that he thinks the whole "presumption of innocence" thing is just a wink-wink, nudge-nudge that people use to try to make themselves look principled, when we all know that trials aren't necessary and guilt can be determined in advance. He goes through the motions with everything else, I can't imagine that he doesn't think he's smarter than the system. It's kind of like going to church in order to uphold your end of the bargain with god, and then getting pissed off when the divine doesn't repay you as per your contract. Spirituality who? Religious convictions what? Gimme what I'm owed, all-powerful entity and creator of the universe!

I'm honestly shocked he didn't say Null shouldn't be able to hire a lawyer because Russ can't afford one so it's not fair!

For real, though. How can he compete with professionals? It's not fair. And when he did have a lawyer, he still somehow ended up convicted. Somehow. Just because he broke the law and Null didn't. It makes no sense.

I'll never get over these cows who threaten legal action and then go all surprised pikachu when their target hires a lawyer. Onision's done that too, iirc. And then they act like it's their victim overreacting. So narcissism, much mental illness, low IQ wow.

The only thing funnier than imagining a judge reading this insanity is imagining a female judge reading this insanity.

I love that it's a woman who's gonna smack him down, ngl. I guess I'm not above that.
You can sit next to me, because I love it too.

He's like those fundie preachers who are against a woman holding public office, because how dare a man have to obey a lowly woman!

Wonder if he'll refer to the judge by her first name. He usually does that to degrade women. He refers to men by their last name, but he cannot stand the idea of a woman with power over him. That's why he tried to get the female lawyer disbarred, because she dared to defy his will.

That or call them by their full name like he always did to TAYLOR ALLISON SWIFT, but I don't think he's got the balls to do that to a judge in court.

Ohhhhhhh, that would be something to see. She would rule against him on the spot if he did that. Especially if she's a Black judge, you do NOT want to fuck around with those ladies.

My analysis of Russell's motion for leave to file a supplemental pleading:

As much as I think that everything in that motion was retarded, 10th circuit has ruled that these motions should be generally granted ("Such authorization "should be liberally granted unless good reason exists for denying leave, such as prejudice to the defendants"", “Rule 15 was promulgated to provide the maximum opportunity for each claim to be decided on its merits rather than on procedural niceties.”, see Walker v. UPS, 240 F.3d 1268 (10th Cir. 2001), Predator International v. Gamo Outdoor, 14-1354 (10th Cir. 2015) ). However, the trial court still retains the power to dismiss such a motion on its own "sound discretion" ("Even so, such notions "are addressed to the sound discretion of the trial court"", see Walker v. UPS, 240 F.3d 1268 (10th Cir. 2001))

Probably for the first time ever, I'm going to view his chances of the motion's success optimistically, even though I think it should be denied in a fair world. However, given that such motions are expected to be granted...well, it seems like he might win on this one.

Small Edit:

If it could be reasonably expected for Null to have to respond to this motion (and I don't think he needs to), that could be prejudice enough for the court to deny Russell's motion. See Jones v. Thompson, 996 F.2d 261, 264 (10th Cir. 1993)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't his motion basically, "Y'all gotta hear this"? Like, even if it's granted that just means it gets added to the pile of delusional nonsense, not that it has any real impact on anything. So even if it's granted, the contents are so devoid of relevance that it hardly matters.

If that's right, take heart in the fact that it's only technically a win, and a minor one at that.

Also, forgive my ignorance, but does Skordas have to respond to this in some way? Or ought he respond to it in some way?

Essentially, yes.

Well, Skordas will have to, at least, read it, which Null will have to pay for. So, it kinda does matter in a way. And if it's granted, Skordas will have to read and, likely, respond to more bullshit, which Null would have to pay for.
Also, forgive my ignorance, but does Skordas have to respond to this in some way? Or ought he respond to it in some way?
He doesn't have to, but he probably will, and claim that granting this motion would prejudice Null with undue attorney's fees

I have to respectfully disagree.

Nothing that Russ has rambled on in his supplemental brief is relevant to Russ's claim. It's just more whining. He doesn't have standing to address the Near Death Experience. Whether Dear Leader knew Skordas before isn't relevant to Russ's claims.

Further, Rule 15(d) allows one to supplement a pleading. What pleading is being supplemented here? Is it the Complaint? If so, his supplementation violates all the rules for a Complaint in Rule 10(b) ("A party must state its claims or defenses in numbered paragraphs, each limited as far as practicable to a single set of circumstances."). Russ knows this rule because he followed it in his original Complaint.

I'm gonna lay a marker down on this Motion to Supplement/Amend being DENIED AS MOOT when the original case is dismissed.
