New July weigh-in video from April. Of course she's still uploading her videos with a ~2 week delay because she's sensitive to criticism and this is how she deals with it.

  • "I am not comfortable right now sharing how many calories I'm eating. I'm not going to show people a food list. Those are things I'm keeping for myself." - We see what you're eating, even if we don't "see" what you're eating. It's a lot of pre-made meals and tons of crap, considering you're barely losing weight.
  • "I was very insecure with working out with Fit Lab. It has absolutely nothing to do with him. He's amazing. It had a lot to do with my plateau. I didn't wanna start working out with Aaron and everyone on YouTube be like, 'You're only being successful because you have a trainer!'" - Her eyes are going all squirrely here. Also, who the fuck cares if a trainer helps get you back on track? Is your ego more important than being successful at losing weight?

Also funny to note that she claims she's starting to get saggy skin in certain places...after losing only 50 pounds and this beast still weighing 300? She says she's gonna need more clothes (lol) because of her loosening skin.

April is my new favorite cow, and she's becoming more and more of a cow with every video. Here she acts like she's already hit her goal when she's barely managed to lose a quarter of the weight. It's literally 25 minutes of her talking herself into thinking she's being successful and making up a laundry list of goals that are too easy for anyone to celebrate, for example: she wants to cut her mile walk time from 17 minutes to anything under 17 minutes. Way to set the bar high. She should have a goal to do one squat that is a complete rep. That's probably why she was so anxious to work with a trainer, those fucking quarter-rep squats make me laugh just thinking about them.

At least this video was a sitdown so I didn't have to see her fat trotters. She shows those flip-flopped hooves in nearly every video and fat feet squick me worse than a flopping gunt

Is no one going to point out that she walked 1.7 miles per day on average FOR EXERCISE (misspelled in her video), which is a 46% improvement. She's over a year into her weight loss journey and pretty much admitted to having walked less than a mile per day up until July. How the fuck?

Imagine not being able to do 10k steps a day when your weight loss is pretty much your day job.

Also this picture from her husband's insta is just *chef's kiss*.

More than any of the other women in this thread, Bekah gives me the impression of someone who is trying to persuade herself that she doesn’t hate her body. She doesn’t actually seem ‘body-positive’ at all. And the irony is that she is one of the smallest people in the thread, too. Not circus freak fat, and if she started taking her health seriously then by this time next year needn’t even be overweight, let alone obese.

Her husband looks like he has progeria in this picture. Imagine being barely 30 (if he's even that already?) and looking this old. Clearly being married to a happy, oh so happy, the happiest ever happy April is very taxing and causes early ageing.

I saw April's video too and she is proud of basically achieving nothing and admits to struggling to hit 8k steps a day and that was an improvement on previous months by 30% (or something). So she basically did ca. 5k steps daily on average - how the fuck is that possible when you have two big dogs? We all know how, the dogs are obese too so they don't get adequate exercise or nutrition for their breed, but still her comment section is full of ass-kissers telling her what an amazing job she's doing. On the 21st of April Weigh In Wednesday she was 301lbs and in this one 296lbs - so she lost 5lbs in FOUR MONTHS! If that was Amber, she would be torn to shreds, but April with her "powerful inspirational "quotes of how worthy she is and how mobile she is now (lol) get's a pass for being a total failure.

At some point the curtain MUST lift for these people right? Or is it the whole "at least she's trying" BS, like Quarterback-Shoulders Gold? Fatty posts the odd healthy meal and "exercise" video so that means they are really trying hard? Despite the clear lack of results month on month.

He looks like my ex who I'm still convinced is gay but not out of the closet yet. My hope is he will lose all of his hair and teeth. But hey, revenge is a dish best served cold. Speaking of serving I can't with April. She is so full of it. It's clear that she's lying about her "progress" and binge eating....which is ironic because she has a video called "Overcoming Binge Eating." What the ??? I would hardly take advice from someone who has a sweet tooth for lies and dishonesty.
The reason she's so content is because she doesn't get backlash in the comment section. She doesn't have to feel bad for making little to no progress because they're not holding her accountable. It's all justified in her mind. That is how she got to be as big as she is. She really needs some serious therapy if she's hoping to be a normal healthy being. I have never had so much disgust for her as I do now. I find it hilarious that now she's going to justify buying more clothing because of her tiny weight loss. Keep spending that money, honey. It's not doing you any good.

Loosening skin happens when you lose weight at a rapid rate. She has not done that. She didn't space out the numerals because she wants people to believe she has lost 12 pounds. It's a mind game for her viewers she's playing.
 
April should read LiesbyJens thread because this is her future if she doesn't get a hold of her life now. She has the same face as Jen and lies about everything. "Oh so happy", you say? Press X to doubt. A LOT.
I have a feeling April doesn't really want to loose weight. All she wants is attention and she only gets it by YT and not from anyone else. She needs to find another way to stop to coddle herself and buckle up for the real work. Yeah, it's painful but only the beginning. She does this so long it's not a beginning anymore.
 
It's been more than a year she's going around in circles. Not in a “repeated content” sense, but in a heavy self-hypnosis.
You know those daily affirmations from “I'm Good Enough, I'm Smart Enough, and Doggone It, People Like Me!”, but in a “My body the only thing that holds me together, as long it continues expanding, I'm safe and happy, I am happy, my body protects me, and I'm safe and happy, and nothing convinces me otherwise, I was bad, but now I know, this is the way, I'm safe and content, no, I'm happy, I'm healing, I'm safe” kind of way.

She’s also clearly wearing her leggings up high like spanx to hide her belly, so of course she looks smaller.
Her leggings in that "before" pic are pulled down so far, they're around her feet. Is she pretending they didn't fit before? She clearly could've pulled them up over her cankles and onto her second udders (and she does in the "after" pic).

A trainer would be super beneficial for helping her learn how to safely exercise. It's easy even for a fit person to accidentally injure themselves, so I assume it's even easier for someone like her.

This post and his caption make it seem like he’s a stressed out single dad posing with his fat downsie daughter. Like. I would be HUMILIATED if I were her. She legit looks like she has extra chromosomes. He must just hate her with everything in him to post this.
