To be fair, if the previous court account is any indication, he might be onto something.
Also, I'm just gonna point out the irony in Len calling out the forums for being liars who will be condemned by God, given how Len is probably one of the most compulsive liars that we've covered in the past two months. Wondering what dox his privet instigator has gotten on us.

In one of my chats with Shaner, he seemed like he wanted to make a video but couldn't because his camera was broken. Given that this is the first new video in 2 years, that seems to check out. If he starts sperging out again, we might just get him on video trying to defend his honor.

I think the trial should be entertaining, whether or not Hy decided to move on. Len's still convinced that the Lenspiracy is in full swing and he'll probably just try the exact same antics at the trial as he did at his previous hearing. In his mind, he doesn't see it as "losing" last time, he sees it as another chance to expose the truth at any cost. He thinks the people testifying against him are just lying and all he has to do is expose them and he'll win.

Well, the part of the docket for his lawyer remains curiously blank on the docket, but Mayerson didn't actually enter an appearance until shortly before the hearing last time, and there haven't been any court dates in the case since it hit the Court of Common Pleas.

Attached is a photo of Len and his mother attending Lackawanna Railfest at Steamtown. In case you don't remember, Len is banned from here. The only reason he got in is because no one at the ticket stand recognized him. (The previous superintendent who did ban Len passed away a year ago.) Reports also state Len was up to his old tricks, taking photos of people who made the mistake of trying to attend an event for fun.
To top it off, in case you can't read his shirt, it's a Colebrookdale shirt. Wearing a shirt for a place you're banned from while at a government owned place you're banned from. Top form.
On another note, I was kind of impressed to see his mother able to keep up with Len. Then I realized she only has to keep with someone who can't even walk and talk simultaneously.

How widespread is the ban information? It seems strange that he can get arrested for 1 trespassing but a single person dies and he can do whatever he wants.
