He totally still has a raging hate boner for us and the Colebrookdale. This was from Saturday. It's the last line I'm curious about though. Has Hy decided to depart from the case leaving Len to defend himself?
To be fair, if the previous court account is any indication, he might be onto something. He says he can't pay for a good lawyer. So he's insinuating Mayerson isn't a good lawyer?
In one of my chats with Shaner, he seemed like he wanted to make a video but couldn't because his camera was broken. Given that this is the first new video in 2 years, that seems to check out. If he starts sperging out again, we might just get him on video trying to defend his honor.Shaner uploaded this video around three days ago:
This was also posted to the group, but I'll repost it here for those who aren't in the group. Credit to @MegasHant.Norfolk Southern Steam Program with Nickel Plate Road No. 765.

The Shaner Train has no brakesThis guy is amazing, I just read through this entire thread. It's pretty incredible. Holy shit that shit he pulled in the courthouse. Jesus christ, comedy gold.

It would be nice if more than one person attended. The last report was a little... out there and extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
Gotta be honest. I don't. That kind of stuff doesn't happen in a court of law.
