Of course she invested in an Apple watch because that will make her move her fat ass more and eat healthier

She starts off by talking about why she loves her Apple watch so much for almost a five minutes straight. It shows steps, heart rate, calories burned, notifications and she can push a button so it pings her phone. She also says they are not necessary but helpful. What is even more helpful for fat loss is to walk those two obese dogs at home, twice a day to start, and perhaps considering to invest in a food scale. They are much cheaper and will guarantee better results than an Apple watched, when used correctly.

She also enjoys the community aspect, where she can basically track the progress of others. Apparently her and Hubs did a competition on who burned the most calories (will update later if it's mentioned in this video). He was at 1000kcals so far that day

She keeps doing really awkward inserts of the watch screen and they are blurry, out of focus and shaky. She should have put her camera on a tripod and filmed the inserts properly, especially seeing this is supposed to be her job

Apparently the average American walks 3-4k steps a day, so she was smashing that with her 5k average the last six months! #FitnessQueen. Seriously though, that just shows how fat and lazy people are, how you can get so little steps in on average per day is quite shocking. I would assume average is 6-8k for many people.

She is lying again. In the last video she said her average for July was 8k steps and that was a 30% improvement on June. That means she was walking 5.6k steps daily. Perhaps she is rounding up but saying 5.5k steps would have been more accurate. Anyways, of course this lard ball is proud of walking twice as much as the average American. She said she isn't patting herslef on the back for that but did dedicate a 1 minute segment to telling everybody how she is better than average. Let's not forget the fact that she gave up her job to lose weight and claimed to be walking a mile every day + resistance training + other exercises and still she barely scratched 6k steps daily. The average American does not have a YouTube channel pretending to be a motivational fitness influencer.

We get in to the competition but before we move further, god damn Hubs is aging rapidly! That comb over and mustach are horrendous. Is he purposely trying to make himself as unattractive as possible?


They tied the competition, which... Is hard to believe. This man did a Spartan race and prepared for that but his morbidly obese wife had the same energy output/steps doing her quarter rep work outs and 2-3 mile daily walks? There is no way in hell they burned the same calories so I guess he won by a lot but she needs to keep up appearances as a fitness influencer, so they agreed to say a tie. Seeing she now loves data so much, why not show the weekly report? Fitbit does one, I am sure apple can do one too. It's such a savvy, nifty, awesome and useful tool right?

Of course they go to a ready meal place again because April doesn't like to cook. What kind of Mormon wife is she? It's okay though, because it's portion controlled so it's healthy. It also has the calories on the package so you can track easily. Basically a fancier frozen microwave meal is what they pick up. It's been said before but imagine working full time and coming home to this fat bitch and she can't even be bothered to panfry a steak with some wedges in the oven and a side salad - something quick, easy and healthy. No wonder she struggles getting her steps in the lazy cow, I bet she has a cleaning company too because keeping a house clean, as a proper house wife should, is quite the task. Especially with two large dogs, you need to hoover daily, if not every other day at a minimum.

She is "Blessed" to be able to walk and has been walking almost every single day in August. She thought she did in July but only got 8k steps, which includes walking the dogs and purpose walks for cardio. She claims to take 1.5-2h a day to just walk. I know she isn't exactly the most mobile but if she does that as just the exercise + everything else - how is she just getting 8K steps? A 1.5h walk is 7-8k steps, so if she does that + general life movement + walking dogs + working out - she should get 10k at a bare minimum. Shits not adding up

She is so so grateful that she has an audience of retards who will watch 5 minute videos of her sweaty forehead when she walks and shows clips. Totally unnecessary to dedicate almost 5 whole minutes to a show the walking workout. We know you did max 30 minutes and are just trying to make it seem like you walked for ages

Then it's just small talk and Hubs talking about the Apple watch.

All in all, pretty standard April vlog and of course the comment section is filled with ass-kissers who idolise this phenom of a woman. Man if only we could all be like April with our nice gym kit, expensive running shoes, microwave meals and Apple watches. I am sure we would all be skinny legends and inspirational success stories 🌈

The 2nd hand embarrassment in that April pod was too much for me. The fit guy's facial expressions were just killing me when she was talking about how fit she is now at 300 lbs instead of 340. Bitch is maintaining a 4.5K TDEE and is talking like she's a cardio bunny at 12% body fat.

If you are addicted to food you CANNOT have certain things in moderashun. She talks about enjoying a treat/s while on vacation which I guess is fine? But when you're a food addict that is not wise, especially when she considers vacation as going to Disneyland. When you live right next to a theme park and go there every weekend and use that as an excuse to treat yourself to churros and cupcakes because MUH VACASHUNS, it isn't going to end well.

She has gained a massive amount of weight in the last few months and has admitted to getting rid of clothes and buying more dresses to feel more comfortable. All the dresses she's been wearing lately are elastic stretchy flowy dresses. Any weight gain she experiences will be harder to notice wearing clothes like that.

You can't rely on vacation spots to have lean protein and fresh produce. Especially Hawaii! Surely you can understand why she has to eat junk on vacation now. Those are her only options. Frozen meals, or churros and cupcakes.

Fat girl fed up is one of the most hated bitches on Gomi and for good reason. She flashed he ginger snatch to her husbands best friend over the phone. She edits her pictures to make her face and body look slimmer on every Instagram post she makes. She refuses to show what she eats and only shows pictures of barbells and gym machines instead of her actually using said equipment all while selling her dietbet games to obese suburban frau. She’s a horrible piece of shit.
 

If you're no longer "consumed" by your body, Bekah, you could easily prove it by posting about other things besides your body, and images of other things besides you, in your skivvies.

There is a whole world out there, Bekah, full of far more interesting and satifying things than endless pics of your fat, scantily-clad, ghastly-haired self, and justifications for your own self-disfigurement. If you're no longer consumed by your body, you should have no trouble finding them, and showing them to us.

Agree with @Fupazilla. All she does now is come back to social when she wants to make money off her followers with a new Dietbet. I've seen numerous comments in the past about how she doesn't follow through on her Dietbet coaching promises (providing coaching, meal plans, recipes, etc.). She doesn't even update with proof of her own workouts or weigh ins. She's m*lking whatever's left of her credibility for money while she still can.
 
Some fat girl I know was railing against “fatphobic” TikTok, which exposed me to a world of purely disgusting feeder content that exists on TikTok.

I don’t use TikTok, but I would download it just to help contribute to a “fats on TikTok” thread.

I actually gagged watching this girl eat. Also, the trend of filming yourself while driving is…wow.
