Similarly If I am co habiting with someone and we share resources constantly with money going both ways; its gonna be very hard to say a transaction of a similar amount is theft when neither party says it is .

That's assuming Barb is lucid enough to make such an arrangement. I was firmly on team 'she puts on a show for shekels' until all of this surfaced. The bigger sticking point is Chris lying to Null about it, just like he lied about her being his new girlfriend. He could have easily just said they have prearranged financial agreements. He talked about gods instead. I will wait for Barb's testimony that Chris was authorized to withdrawal $750 from her account just like I'll wait on legal paperwork.

It really doesn't matter. She told him to stop, and that it hurt. That's all you need to know when someone tells you to stop, you stop. It was still rape if someone tells you to stop. NOT CONDONING however I don't think he realizes it's rape, not for one second. The basic definition of autism is the inability to read social cues or understand boundaries.
In his Desperate Quest for Pussy, Chris has absolutely entrenched himself in modern sexual culture, and with my whole chest I believe that IF ANYTHING he believes Barb was playing 'hard to get' and that he was doing the right thing by moving slowly and letting her get 'more comfortable with it' (in his own words).

Sex is sex, even if it's not consensual, and more often than not, victim's bodies react appropriately to sex. Arousal and orgasm. It's absolutely terrible to say, but it's true. Chris likely took these two natural bodily responses as consent.

If Chris was going to go postal and commit a traditional rape, (like a violent/planned rape on someone his age) he would've done it by now. I truly think that he thought this was an OK thing to do and likely still doesn't realize the mess he's gotten himself into.
