Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I cant help but sense a bloodbath. They are not prepared for being shot at with heavy ordnance.

Lol Trump just said Biden dropped to his knees to suck some Talib cock

Well okay he only implied the cock sucking part

Having wonderful chocolate cake with Xi at Mar-a-Lago :story:
Orange Man is going weapons hot in this rally, I fucking love it. Can't wait for him to remind everyone what his response was last time some goatfucker decided to fuck with one of our embassies. If Biden is awake and not asleep in his pudding cup he is probably seething right now.

That would be ideal. Right now, too many laws passed are "we the legislature give this agency the power to make up whatever rules and we'll go with that." So there's no chance for voters to actually have a say in what those rules are in a meaningful way. Even if there are "public comment" sessions, they don't listen.
It gets worse. As part of the apparat, the courts have an official Trust The Experts™️ policy that basically means whenever judges don't understand the problem (which is most of the time) they just side with the bureaucrats. It's called Chevron Deference. And if you're thinking, "hey, Krokodil, I don't remember the judiciary having any policy of deference to the Executive or Legislature," you're right, you don't, because there isn't one. The bureaucracy is given more latitude by the courts than their nominal bosses.

Though I suppose I should add that this is all part of the responsibility laundering shell game of [current year] Washington. Like "hostile workplace" laws, it's a great way for elected officials to deputize unelected actors to do their bidding, then shrug at the results.
