Selling yarn in a selection of pride flag colors would be a great idea for them. There are so many varieties you could sell it in, and it doesn't even have to be quality yarn because people would get the virtuous dopamine boost just from buying it, even if it just sat in their yarn drawer afterwards. Make cute labels for it playing up the various orientation labels. Collect the whole Pride collection. Etc. It's probably been done elsewhere, but the target audience would love to buy this stuff from actual trannies. If it didn't suck.

One of the things that some of their normal supporters will take seriously is the troons turning the Tranch into a dust bowl. Lots of eco-lefties out there.

So - get it out front, it's climate change causing the ecological devastation, not having 160 alpacas grazing on enough land for 4.

No, I think you're right and that that's exactly what they're doing. Remember that Kevin once posted that 'friends' read his kiwifarms thread for him. I'm sure a least one Trancher is reading this thread too, and the land being destroyed has been documented extensively. This seems like something Penny or Bonny would do, deflect in the dumbest way possible.

My personal theory is some combination of tribalism and a desire to be seen as "the norm"

The LGBTWTF movement is a minority in society. The vast majority of people (90%+) are straight. The LGBTWTF movement knows this, and are desperate to pad out their numbers and strengthen their tribe. It's why they don't denounce the perverts in their midst: to do so would reduce the size of their movement and open them up to possible denouncement, weakening the tribe further. Both are also deviants from what is considered "normal," and want their sexualities to be seen in the same light as, say, the romance in a Hallmark movie.

I'm so confused.

What "attacks" have they repelled? As in "had to defend -- with live fire -- their land or its borders from armed intruders making credible threats of violence against them and trying to enter their property and/or steal things from them by force."

Hell, has anyone at all bothered to show up at this place to protest, mock, ridicule or otherwise bother them in any fashion at all, ever? Even just with words?

They're taking photos of themselves holding (presumably real) guns trying (and failing) to look menacing and deter future "invasions," as if they've actually had to fire live rounds at whole squads of armed and well-equipped invaders hell bent on ... stealing alpaca wool I guess?

What a wasted opportunity this was for someone at the con to pin one of them down in person to press for real details about all their battles at the tranch to see what crazy fiction they can dream up on-the-spot.
