If Chris actually manages to escape prison, i'd imagine he won't last 5 minutes on the outside before being captured.

he'll just collapse due to stress and be put back in prison.

as I recall fps russia talked a fair bit about this kind of shit in medium security prison. Basically if someone calls you anything effeminate (or suggests you are fag) , you have to throw down with them. Doesnt matter if you win, you get respect for fighting and people know they cant just walk over you.

I actually dont see chris having that much money in prison though. he might also be in isolation lot of the time as well

Conspiracy is hard to prove in a case like this. With a robbery or drug trafficking, sure, that’s easy.
But no DA is going to issue charges because you talked about incest with somebody. The state would have to prove that they directly ordered him to do it, or threatened him etc AND that you had a reasonable belief that they’d act on it.

But any decent defense attorney would simply point to his history of violence, rape threats and dozens of comments about incest and that’s about it.

Same could be said about a conspiracy to commit murder. Im sure a hitman has killed others and is prone to killing. That doesnt remove the person who hired them from participating in the crime.

He seemingly had never fucked his mom before , then did shortly after meeting bella . If there was evidence that she for months was pushing him to fuck his mom then its pretty well established what she is doing and connecting it to the specific crime that resulted. That would fit the definition of conspiracy. Surr it would be easier to convict if she somehow had forced him to. Still

Legally that is what its called. Whether they went forward with charges would be up in the air. But cross state charges do happen.

"Conspiracy to commit incest" might not be worthwhile for a DA but if it is looking like rape conviction then yes bella could easily get charged.

She has a pattern of abusive behavior , and if there is evidence that she spent months trying to get a mental case to fuck his mom then legally she would be guilty of conspiracy to commit rape .

On your final point chris met null years ago and null didnt push him to fuck his mom.

If the question is whether bella is guilty of conspiracy to commit a crime. Met someone shortly before said crime, and spent her time trying to get him to commit said crime. Sure sounds like she is attached to the resulting crime huh
