Despite Ralph claiming there were "no special circumstances" listed on page 1 of like 3 of the dispensation paperwork, and despite claiming the case wasn't nolle prosequi'd but rather was dismissed outright, I can now confirm to you lovely people that indieed, Ethan Ralph's charges for revenge porn for releasing the sex tape of Faith have been reinstated. His arraignment was held 13 August 2021, his next court date is 10 September.

If I remember correctly this was an unrelated speeding charge, which came about on the day he got the news his mother was dying/died. I don't think they did much to him when he explained the circumstances.
