How much more acceptance does she need to not commit crime? Sick. The worst part is that this old lady has a trans kid, and the wife and husband are clearly coping and still learning what this means for them. If the goal is to get the parents to accept their trans kid more, this will make them hate the trans community.

...so, outside the whole nipple question (no, btw, I don't think it is standard to eliminate those for a non-medically required mastectomy, although it can be in cases of breast cancer); what are these particular two trying to accomplish?
