Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Anytime, any day, regardless. All she needs is either a majority of the officeholders in congress or a majority of the cabinet members on her side. Either/or works for the 25th.

Edit: Worth noting, is that the actual trigger time for the 25th is when the Speaker of the House and President pro tempore actually receive the letter though.

If so, does that point towards the delay relating to foreign matters?

Wow, it's increasingly seeming like the Biden administration's doing everything it can to insulate Federal agencies and departments from blowback for not doing their jobs properly! Federal Law Enforcement is controlled by the Federal Government, and the President cannot be convicted of crimes while in office AND can pardon anyone of any federal crime.

It smacks of 'AOC crying at the border'-tier photo opping, but they are putting themselves at much more risk than she did and all the Twitter NPCs crying at them in the comments and trying to ratio them just sound like they're assmad that they're contradicting Biden's claims of everything being fine.

Political Theater serves a purpose, so long as it's done over real issues and doesn't attempt to obfuscate. It helps to gain attention to specific issues for American's to pay attention to, while also generating a bit of in-party political capital.

The current generation of glowies are Obama era careerists and faggots that colluded with the DNC and corporate media to try and sink Trump.
