Yes, this just confirms my suspicions that most of these people just have not experienced health problems, surgery, or prolonged medical care before, and have no true understanding of what they are signing up for. Most of the stuff she whines about (except maybe for multiple infections, what the hell is up with that?) is standard when you are recovering from somebody hacking into and reshaping your body. These people have no real-life experience and no realistic grasp of the limitations of medicine and the human body.
These people must make the worst patients. Imagine coming in to get your crotch sliced up voluntarily and then complaining about everything.

pretty sure anyone who HAS spent significant time in the hospital isn’t rushing to take a completely elective and unnecessary radical medical procedure like that because they have the good sense to know that you don’t want to be in the hospital any more than you absolutely have to.

SnotCoughin90s got a metoidioplasty 8+ months ago, but she's still dealing with a bunch of complications and additional surgeries. Keep in mind that metas are considered much simpler and safer than phallos, but this kind of shit still happens (and not uncommonly!):

Along with what keyboredsm4sh said, improper or incomplete drainage of urine can immediately cause problems in a surgery site if it's not cleaned properly. A lot of FTMs (and troons in general) I know have absolutely terrible hygiene, so once they get discharged and don't have a nurse dedicated to keeping them clean, the surgery site becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. The same can be said for the catheter site; they should be cleaned and re-bandaged regularly, and who wants to bet this chick did none of the aftercare or did it sloppily?
Another thing that really stood out to me from "NSFW - 4.5 weeks post-op" is: "Peeing burns... Drinking water definitely helps a bunch." No shit! What the fuck else is she drinking? Is she living off a diet of soda and energy drinks? That shit will crystallize in a catheter faster than the kidney stones in her body. Also, suprapubic catheters are great and all, but one of the biggest problems with them is that there is really no way to stop the urethra from passing urine; slight powerlevel, but I know a disabled person living with a permanent suprapubic catheter and they wet themselves semi-regularly because their body still reverts to its "traditional" method when given the chance.

He needs a therapist asap, sadly there's a big chance he will 41%. The only thing keeping him alive is the high of chasing other tranny surgeries. He looks like pfp related with the Habsburg jaw. A FFS would definitely cause nerve and dental damage to his face because they have to shave so much of it off and it's more invasive. Amhole revisions rarely go well so I have little hope for this young man.

I actually made a thread on this guy a few months ago, there are some pictures of his terrible amhole in that thread as well as some more controversial videos. The OP is due for an update, which I've been working on in my spare time.
I'm glad people are talking about him, since I feel he's an underrated cow who never seems to learn from his mistakes.

Yeah, I'm still not sure what that first hole/cavity is.
Daniel has had quite a few complications, including a urinary infection which required him to have a catheter for much longer than he should have. It could be his stretched out pee hole, but your guess is as good as mine.

Even the doctor who says 'I can't ignore it anymore!' just goes on to blather about statistic significance and then keeps prescribing the hormones he thinks might be making people's symptoms worse. The surgeon doesn't give a shit either lol
The lawsuits in 20 years' time are going to be interesting.
