Ivermectin does somewhat help with preventing Covid but the dosage varies by weight. Rather than waiting for a prescription with the correct dose, people are buying syringes filled with edible paste infused with ivermectin that are meant for horses/livestock off of Amazon. Of course, no one followed the instructions properly and started overdosing on ivermectin.
