The issue is that nobody is going to consent to sex with Chris (unless there is money involved), his attitude, hygiene, appearance, etc are all repulsive enough that it's just not going to happen. He's like 20 years into his SEX QUEST and his 2 partners are a prostitute and an 80 year old with dementia. I could absolutely see him being a predator, and taking advantage of any situation where he has access to someone with a vulnerability that allows him to have the upper hand. Including age.

Fiona was already planning to meet Chris at everfree, IIRC Chris was the one who put the two in contact because they were both going. Bella was going to be chris's 'bodyguard' and take pictures of the convention.

Bella's secretly recorded people before, but nowhere in the logs that I've seen did she ever say she was going to try and record them fucking. Hell, she was actually saying she wanted to steal fiona for herself.

Fiona is not underage. Unlike practically everyone involved she simply doesn't seem to be a bad person, just a young and genuinely autistic woman. She was also the one to release the voice recording, and one of the first people bella tried to frame for everything. I think the latter point, combined with her allegedly being temporarily on a psych hold, is why people played defence for her.
