Better start archiving content from these subs while you still can. Before they get memory-holed, too.

I've never looked at r/ivermectin until now, but it looks like every legitimate post has been brigaded, and downvoted to 0. All of them downvoted to nothing.

These people really can't stand people even attempting to have a private discussion that questions the government, Redditors are fucking ghouls.

Their slavish enthusiasm to go above and beyond the ability of the law to muzzle speech is absolutely disgusting. Subhuman.

Reddit is full of busy bodies virtue signaling while they jack off to trannies and rape porn. They will make no contribution to society. They will ultimately die alone surrounded by Funko Pops and rainbow coloured mass produced plastic made by chinese slaves in their dumpy, disgusting basement apartment. Their parents will wonder where they went wrong, how did they make such an absolutely worthless human being? But ultimately they will embrace the sweet release of death and live out eternity in heaven, surrounded by loved ones; and all their possessions will be donated to the church where it will be used to help homeless people get back on their feet. Their son or unfortunate daughter will eventually blow their brains out, having never had the pleasure of their parents looking down from heaven and being pleased with what they saw. In two weeks their body will be found due to the abhorrent smell noticed by their muslim neighbors, who will thank Allah for never having to set eyes on the creature again. They will die never having made a worthwhile contribution to society, infact they will have fought to make it worse. At least that's how it plays out in my head.

I'm not seeing a single r/ivermectin post that isn't brigadier horseshit of the "lol horse dewormer" meme, nevermind that human-grade ivermectin has a long history of off-label uses and that the subreddit outright said not to consume topicals or ruminant medicine. That's not even getting into the fact that I bet half of those assholes do Ketamine, which is fucking horse tranquilizer. It's the "fish tank cleaner" hoax all over again.

The WHO listed it as one of their 20 essential medicines for humanity until recently, when they deleted it before the smear campaign started.

Reddits mod have posted a message in every Reddit with around 500K subscribers about anti-vax awareness and how it's dangerous or something.

The thing is, that includes porn Reddits such as one dedicated to hypnosis porn and one called "women bending over." Both are NSFW, of course. The post includes the other Reddits they reposted it to, so you can find your own additional content there.

People are annoyed by this and, for some reason, the Reddit mods are responding to almost every negative message on their respective forum. My favorite in particular is one where he says "just ignore the post" like they aren't reposting it in over 300 individual Reddits. And, because it's Reddit, the mods are also mocking or deleting any posts who asks them to knock it off. Remember, you can use Removeddit to see any censored posts.

There is almost nowhere on the internet anymore where you're allowed to have a completely on-topic discussion without people being permitted get on their soap box about unrelated subjects, at any time. What's sad is that people clearly want on-topic discussion, it's just that self-aggrandizing moral busybodies are nearly always the types who seek power.

I'm glad somebody brought up the Net Neutrality debacle. I wonder how long until these posts start getting more upvotes than there are subscribers to the sub?

That is disgustingly manipulative.

You're right, that was wrong of me to say without qualification. We don't know what the pregnancy outcomes were for all those women, because they did not report an outcome during the duration of the study.

That being said, even if we're to consider that every person who did not have a miscarriage or stillbirth in the study's timeline safely completed their pregnancy, it would result in a miscarriage rate of over 8% for participants vaccinated in the mid to late first trimester, which is anywhere from 2-4x the natural rate of miscarriage in that time period.
If you're pregnant and you take an experimental jab, why should you be shocked that you have a higher chance for something to go awry? Why is there a push to get pregnant women vaccinated, anyway? It's so stupid and unnecessarily risky. That's like pushing for the terminally ill to get vaccinated.

There are bots for that.

People really misunderstand the whole net neutrality thing. It was the first big reddit internet activism thing which should make you suspicious by default in hindsight.

When the thing came up and I saw a couple of wrongthinkers make some anti-net neutrality statements I was wondering if this meant they were compromised some way. I asked advice from a school friend who used to host one of the biggest international torrent sites (before he was destroyed in court). When I talked with him, it became clear that net neutrality was a meme in the first place. When he as a host wanted people to have better access to youtube, he had to pay for infrastructure between his servers and youtube's servers (not yet google's back then). But because it was also in youtube's interest, they usually made a deal on paying together, depending on the deal.

This means that although ISPs may treat network connections equally, they in practice already had better and worse connections to various online services depending on how much infrastructure investments have been made.

I also saw an anon post, which I never verified, so take it or leave it at your own risk. It's a little dated. But if you're curious it offers breadcrumbs for follow up research.

I think the problem is that people often forget that there's a difference between anti-vax misinformation (which definitely exists on Reddit) and people simply not wanting or feeling uncomfortable to get the vaccine which is fine

Honestly, I personally don't see that much of an issue with people pushing for Reddit to take a slightly tougher stance on misinformation, but at the same time those people need to allow for other's opinions to be heard. The problem is that Reddit is a hive mind and doesn't allow people to have genuine open discussions

Yet even mentioning this is apparently spreading "misinformation" and it also makes you anti-vax and anti-science, as well as a GOP voter.
At last you see why should have been a GOP voter all along (and you still won't).

Reddit being a hive mind would be a lot better. in reality they are the most top down webste by design.

The people on top don't "forget".

Define "misinformation" please

This isn't about "misinformation". The people on reddit literally call Ivermectin "horse dewormer", but it's been FDA approved and used on humans for years. Literally disinformation. They say tranny pills are "totally reversable, source: trust me bro" to 14 year olds, once again disinformation. Pushed the Trump-Russia shit for years despite it being completely false. Remember, this all was targeted to /r/NoNewNormal which doesn't have any medical advice at all, it's mostly an anti-lockdown subreddit. You shouldn't let them frame the conversation and then start from that point, they will win every time when you do that.

Jannies going on strike, try not to laugh.
They're literally like, the proletariet of Reddit! WE NEED BBC NOW. I want to privatize subreddits-from each according to their ability, to each according to their need. BUT THIS IS LIETRALLY KILLING PEOPLE. IllegalOperationException, message="And: the vaccine is safe and tested". Spez is literally alt-right.

Like how hydroxychloroquinine was widely considered safe and on the WHO’s list of essential medications prior to 2020 as an anti-malarial drug and long-term treatment for certain other issues, and now the Reddit “I fucking love science” crowd considers it little more than fish tank medication, on par with homeopathic remedies and essential oils. Oh but they're definitely the only smart, scientifically-minded ones in a sea of "denialists" and "conspiracy theorists".

Maybe they should ask some women with PCOS how “reversible” the effects of testosterone are.
