I’ve had breast cancer. I’m very young for it, turned out that genetically I was dealt a shitty hand. As a result no lumpectomy for me, both boobs had to go along with my ovaries or I was pretty much guaranteed to get fucked over by cancer again. I now have a weird, flat, nipple-less chest like a plastic baby doll and scars the same as those in the pics.

Both boobs don’t need to be cancerous for a double mastectomy, it’s pretty much standard practice for women who’ve been diagnosed with one of the known genetic faults that cause breast cancer as the risk is really high. Some go for reconstruction, but the results are often shitty so it’s becoming increasingly unpopular and many are going for what’s known as ‘aesthetic flat closure’ which give you a flat, smooth chest, this also prevents recurrences from hiding behind the implants. They’ll happily whip out your ovaries at any age, too, as the chances of them becoming cancerous are also eyewateringly high with these specific genetic faults and it’s a tough one to diagnose early. All this would be covered by insurance. Revision is often covered as well, because you can be left with ‘dog ears’ under your arms caused by extra skin. It’s difficult to get everything flat when theyre trying to scrape away as much boob tissue as possible on a patient who’s laying flat on an operating table. Aiden‘s don’t have this problem because there’s no need to remove everything.
Going by experience, and having to learn a lot about this type of surgery, I suspect the reason they’ve got no nips is because they had massive, saggy, boobs. If you’ve got small tits they can reposition the nipples without removing them completely first, which leaves some blood flow so they heal better (this is also what they do in reduction surgery, using what’s known as an anchor incision, one curved cut along the bottom of the boob, then a straight line up to the nipple). Removal and repositioning has a high risk of necrosis.

Obviously we can't create the nipple itself, but we can create something close enough with clever use of colour and shadow, all the way down to the tiny details of the little dappled light spots on the ariola and suit the blush colour to your skin tone. I typically spend an hour mixing colours and testing them against my clients skin before we kick off.

I tried to squint, turn my monitor upside down, used complex mirror reflectors, doing handstands...and I still just see a regular black dude that's about my father's age or something. I don't really want to believe in a conspiracy theory. There has to be a simpler explanation for what's going on right now, under a majority of the radars in the world. I can't think of anything other than they are so fucking numerous, aggressive and parasitic that they simply latched onto the right spots by sheer coincidence (I know there are many places that don't leak to the global internets that are absolutely infested. Old school forums, Discord servers, even individual projects in Github, but those are generally irrelevant, yet they do the same tactics there).
They seem to be more like a hivemind of sorts. A tried and true parasitic behavior. Put them in a community and they'll inevitably seek positions of influence/mod powers and instantly use them to be dictators and crack eggs, but not without indoctrinating to make themselves untouchable first. Doesn't matter if you put them in a 6-person IRC server or the fucking government, they will just do what's natural. If I think about it the only ones that seem to stay lurking and passive are meek gay men that are just actually crossdressers and not into the whole hivemind indoctrination (the lack of pronoun crap, shitty flagposting and lack of confrontation about woke stuff are a good way to difference them). The infectious ones will always post trans rights bullshit and those shitty "use meme format to make a plain statement" things and get into huge arguments or bring buzzwords and draconian muh feels moderation.

In a way you can consider any insane incel sexual deviant a "sleeper agent" that can troon at the drop of a dime. Reality is way more fucked up than fiction. There's no need for conspiracy when you can dig your way into any fragile skull (despite the generous frontal shielding) full of dirty thoughts, promising a consequence-free way out of any fuckery. It's kind of a perfect plan.

While I say it's a perfect plan, to corrupt feeble, coom-infected minds with promises of invulnerability, it's way too aggressive to sustain itself. There are little cracks here and there, but until the bad parts start to fully herniate into normie public consciousness, this will continue to fester and spread and become more radical.
In short, I don't think it's an organized strategy, they just drop the waves into the air and the weakest link will activate somewhere and parasitize another easy target, empowering others inside not-so easy targets.

I honestly don't think Big Pharma has a direct hand into this. Most of my relatives work in medical fields, and one in particular works in endocrinology and digestive tract stuff. There are gigantic amounts of daily surgeries that are as complex (or more) as SRS, require long maintenance and regular drug intake (forever in more cases than you'd think). Laboratories constantly promote drugs, gear and other chemicals through surgeons, this is nothing new. However, SRS is a small blip on the radar compared to more common ailments that can also be exploited for sweet cash (and far more lethal if unchecked, they don't care if the cash comes from you or insurance). I can't see it becoming a massive enough source of income to justify (other than for good boy points©). The only explanation is either fear of the mob or that it got infected from the inside (any deviant can troon at any time, even married or already in positions of power). For individual surgeons this is highly profitable, though.
I did hear they are extremely obnoxious patients, too. Seems absolutely in line with what I saw in the thread.

Of course, this is all too obvious to us. We aren't immune to echo chambers, though, so reading this over a few days makes it seem way bigger than it is, but taking a look out of the door shows the awareness and importance of this is null for most people, specially normies. People has enough bullshit to deal with to care, so they run with the surface data (propaganda) and call it a day. Some of the more cunning troons probably know this and exploit it.
What I am saying is that despite how critical-mass it seems, I don't think we are near the breaking point yet. While to nerds and other subcultures they took over, it's crystal clear (or have a lingering feeling something is terribly wrong, or fear the repercussions too much to bring it up) , for most people it's just the propaganda which seems reasonable at a glance. Until there's a gigantic combo scandal on the other side of the nerdsphere, this is going to stay as it is for a while, unfortunately.
