Like many of you have said this is an unmitigated disaster, but my question is how did it get to this? I understand that we're not privy to everything these glow in the darks do but this defies all rationality. We released people from gitmo who now make up their leadership, we've ran glow in the dark ops there for so long the whole area glows like it's fucking irradiated but somehow there's no info, no forwarding intel about what might happen if we didn't adhere to the deal, no learned lessons after 20 years there in regards to local tribal politics?
