LOL. Someone asked Psaki what the response was to Republican senators asking Biden to resign and she said "today is not a day for politics."
This sums up my feelings on that nicely. Everything is political, but politics isn't everything. They've made themselves such political animals that they no longer remember that reality dictates politics, not the other way around.
He was very open to using American air power and murdermachine men to kill lots of inconvenient assholes half a world away
We are clearly capable of silent, pinpoint missions that leave enemies flatfooted and incapable of responding, even with pozzed chiefs who didn't trust Trump with half the stuff he needed to know. It just shows almost the entirety of this is on Biden.
I thought SCOTUS wasn't back in session until October. How did they rule on this?
They expedited it and didn't bother to hear oral arguments. Just asked for a brief from the admin as a formality and a day later said, "lol no."
Didn't this latest moratorium also come with insane penalties for evicting people? Like a $200,000 fine?
Yes, and the justices noted how insane that was in the ruling.
The dissent is an absolute embarrassment. "muh graphs" "muh cases" "muh public interest" "muh don't question the CDC"
The dissent actually argued that the moratorium was WAY less than the CDC *could* do, so y u mad, bro?
It's weird, I actually expect better from Breyer, but everyone with COVID brain gets stupid.
Night and day, he's even colored appropriately:

This is a perfect speech. Nails honoring the soldiers and speaks to their emotional pain. What you did was NOT in vain. Basically saying that their leaders let them down and that their honor has value even if the end result is not reached. I hope it provides some comfort to vets.
The problem or... good thing? Is that pulling off a false flag actually costs capital.
Which they don't have.
Woof, is that why that weird "truck bomber" thing went nowhere? Haven't heard a thing about it since then.
