US Joe Biden News Megathread - The Other Biden Derangement Syndrome Thread (with a side order of Fauci Derangement Syndrome)

Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

For all the talk about how Trump was the worst president ever, can anybody name anything he did that was a failure? Off the top of my head, nothing comes to mind except his handling of COVID, but the whole world can take blame for that. And this administration hasn't done any better in that regard.

Joe Biden's administration is just fail after fail after fail. The Economy is fucked. Foreign relations are fucked. We lost the pipeline, and now we have this fiasco taking place which is without a doubt the most embarassing failure I have seen from an administration in my lifetime. And this is all happening while they are shaming us into getting vaccinated and giving the government more of our money.
COVID was released in September 2019. It was running around unrestrained for 3 months longer than originally thought. When the lockdowns and mask mandates were initiated it was far too late.

I'm thinking history is going to be a lot kinder to Trump regarding COVID.
I legitimently can't understand.

Twatter is shitting itself about how the Afganistan pullout is a large disaster on Trump because...well because it just is, ok. Also here's a Pompeo picture to look how buddy-buddy they are with the Taliban. Trump is bad, remember?

Than Twatter is also praising Biden for the decision of pulling out and not following Trump's plan.

But if we never followed Trump's plan, and Biden just haphazardly made a new one, how is any of this Trump's fault? Biden himself stated he still wanted to pull out differently, and that the decision is his. The logic isn't sound.

Can not one of these retards think something out?
No. They can't. Admitting they were wrong would be admitting they followed the propaganda blindly. All those memes about "Trump's cult" and "now I understand how the Nazi's came to power" can be flipped against them.

And they cannot handle it. Their branch of the simulation is collapsing around them.

To be fair, the now former Afghan government was the first part to violate the agreement by refusing to meet with Taliban and other tribal leaders in order to hash out the political shape of the country after the withdrawal. I'm pretty sure that they got assurances that Trump was going to be shut out and the deal would be scuttled, so they were sandbagging. Bunch of spoiled brats couldn't play with the other kids unless daddy was there to make sure they won. It was a big mess and Biden just waved it off and said "we're delaying the deal," ignoring, well.. a lot of shit that would naturally come back and wreck the whole awful project.

But don't worry! We're not leaving anyone behind! Especially anyone who has KNOWN FOR OVER 2 YEARS THAT THEY HAD TO LEAVE. We're going back, to save them! All our allies are going to regroup and reinvade Afghanistan, but for real this time!

New Zealand to the lower-right isn't what I would consider reliable or strong given their seeming submission to China, New Guinea is to the North, and the Australians bled hard to force Japan out of there in WW2. Even local defense would require a substantial naval presence given the sheer size of the waters they need to patrol. The RAN right now has 6 subs, 3 LHD's, 3 destroyers, (which as far as I can tell are at least as good as anything in US service given they're freshly made Aegis platforms) and 8 frigates in commission, and are currently expanding, I believe.
New Zealand doesn't even matter in terms of strategic implications, it's off the beaten track and has a negligible blue water navy in the middle of transition (all they field currently are two frigates IIRC). Regardless of their political leanings they'll adhere to whatever Australia does in part because they'll have no choice.

I think this could be one of the reason if the establishment want to re-invade Afghanistan, either for Military and Defense spending or tap that sweet Lithium mines.

Well, the issue is Australia will need to project power of some sort there (we seem to be in agreement, right?) and the easiest way to do that is to be able to sail an Aegis-equipped destroyer over there every so often to remind the Kiwis who's in charge of their oceans. While NZ now is utterly irrelevant, it could potentially be neutral-in-China's-favor if tensions keep rising should the ChiComs apply enough pressure and bribe money. They are after all, to quote Reagan, "A friend but not an ally."

LOL. Someone asked Psaki what the response was to Republican senators asking Biden to resign and she said "today is not a day for politics."
This sums up my feelings on that nicely. Everything is political, but politics isn't everything. They've made themselves such political animals that they no longer remember that reality dictates politics, not the other way around.

He was very open to using American air power and murdermachine men to kill lots of inconvenient assholes half a world away
We are clearly capable of silent, pinpoint missions that leave enemies flatfooted and incapable of responding, even with pozzed chiefs who didn't trust Trump with half the stuff he needed to know. It just shows almost the entirety of this is on Biden.

I thought SCOTUS wasn't back in session until October. How did they rule on this?
They expedited it and didn't bother to hear oral arguments. Just asked for a brief from the admin as a formality and a day later said, "lol no."

Didn't this latest moratorium also come with insane penalties for evicting people? Like a $200,000 fine?
Yes, and the justices noted how insane that was in the ruling.

The dissent is an absolute embarrassment. "muh graphs" "muh cases" "muh public interest" "muh don't question the CDC"
The dissent actually argued that the moratorium was WAY less than the CDC *could* do, so y u mad, bro?
It's weird, I actually expect better from Breyer, but everyone with COVID brain gets stupid.

This is a perfect speech. Nails honoring the soldiers and speaks to their emotional pain. What you did was NOT in vain. Basically saying that their leaders let them down and that their honor has value even if the end result is not reached. I hope it provides some comfort to vets.

The problem or... good thing? Is that pulling off a false flag actually costs capital.

Which they don't have.
Woof, is that why that weird "truck bomber" thing went nowhere? Haven't heard a thing about it since then.

Also, to add to moratorium salt, look at this

Dumber than Maxine, Hirano, and AOC. No, your stupid little stunt didn't sway the judges of the high court, you nincompoop. You are IN Congress and none of you did shit, won't do shit, aren't capable of doing shit.

Basically, a false flag requires two things:
1: The ability to silence all involved, which costs political capital.
2: The ability to media blitz the event, requiring political capital.

The more hostile anyone involved is, the more it costs. And right now the media is -hostile-.

Addendum: Basically all of politics follows the motto "You must pay money to make money".

Congress had 7 months to pass a bill to avoid this. You faggots just sat there with thumbs up your ass.

Time to lie in the bed you made.
